First time for dinner. Great apps. Best calamari we've ever had. Great mains. Scallops main was more like an appetizer size but, great nevertheless. Lovely location. Scenic spot. We'll be back.

Love the view, right by the water. It is always busy and you can almost never find parking in the lot by the restaurant. But even if you have to wait a bit for a table, you can take a nice walk by the water while waiting which makes the wait much nicer. They do not take reservations. The food is pretty good too. I love their fish tacos.

Lovely location. Went for lunch. Good choice of fish and seafood and salads. I had fish tacos. Husband had fish and chips. He said it was one of the better ones he had. Shared crab cake appi. Nice mango curry sauce. Service was attentive. The only thing that we noticed was the loudness due to poor acoustics. We sat inside but if had been cooler I would have asked for outside table so as to sit nearer to the water.

We went in on Sunday, we were a group of 10. They didn't have reservations.. As we waited by the bar having our drinks.. the owner himself approached us and humbly assured us that he will give us a table shortly. We watched him (and his staff) arrange a table to seat us outside overlooking the port. Amazing experience.. delicious food.. smiley staff.. worth every penny spent.

Beautiful location and friendly staff. Became extremely busy during the evening time but the location had enough staff to combat the large amount of customers. Plenty of parking but goes by pretty quick. I recommend calling in for reservations.

Food was enjoyable. The best place is to sit outside, especially during the summer. I would avoid sitting next to the windows on the inside because once the occasional fly or two comes through the doors, they try to escape through the glass Where you are sitting and eating. This can be quite annoying while trying to enjoy your meal.

I don't eat much lobster tail, so my opinion may not be valid, but it tasted like a big shrimp. I paid over $40 for a big shrimp.

The other food was good though, much better than my oversized shrimp. I would recommend the Fish and Chips, they have a great batter!

Don't come in expecting the place to be light on your wallet, but if you come in with the right expectations, this place is a fine restaurant to visit. Even better if you get a patio seat during good weather (we did not).

    Also, service was quality.

Great food, cool atmosphere, and place is tucked away on the water, gets pretty busy on weekends but definitely worth the wait. Easy to walk around the pier while waiting for your table.
We shared oysters and mussels to start then followed with fish entrees. There's a pretty big selection of seafood as well as several non-seafood dishes on the menu.

Love this place! The location is perfect. The food was amazing. My server was kind enough to suggest something that is not usually on the menu (it was a fun twist on an existing dish) and it was fantastic!

Their patio is well worth the wait. There was a live band the night we came down and they were awesome as well. Perfect ambience.

    AND THERE'S PARKING!!

I love this gem of a restaurant! The food is both beautiful and tasty. The location could not be better whether you are looking for an intimate date night place, or to take the whole family. There is something for everyone.

Nice place. Great atmosphere. Friendly staff. Decent menu. (Steaks, seafood, chicken & ribs mostly). Very good food. A little pricey. It started to get busy and the music started to get loud. We would return.

Nicely designed place. Looks very cozy. Nice location.
Came here for oysters, but the oysters aren't that great. Better off going downtown to get better oysters for the same price.

Snug is by far the best place to eat in Port Credit. The staff are super friendly, and the food comes quick and tastes amazing! I highly recommend the lobster Mac and cheese, its to die for! The bartenders, hostesses and wait staff are all very kind and work very hard. All the negative reviews are most likely from rich, entitled, old assholes who expect people to attend to their every need. This is common at these higher end restaurants, but all my friends and family love snug.

This is a great place to go eat in the summers with a view. Because it is right on the lake they are able to charge a premium for everything but at least for the food, the quality is makes the price reasonable. The best part of this restaurant is the patio and the view you have in the evenings. Definitely worth a visit on a clear summer evening around when the sun is setting. Get a seat on the patio and you can enjoy the view with a cold drink and great food.
