  Had to get my daughter's hair redone and was skeptical, however Heidi did an awesome job and we will definitely be back for touch ups in the future! Sidenote: if your child has curly hair Heidi is the one to see!

  went here to get my hair platinum blonde came out yellow. She said might not go whiter, obviously wanting money. Didn't go back after giving second chance.

  Heidi is the best, used to just get my hair cut at some generic places but after coming to Serenity never again! Was even given a coffee as my appointment was super early!!

  Great cuts, great prices, skilled and knowledgeable staff. My hair is a mess and it's so hard to manage but they knew exactly how to handle it and after dealing with it for 30 years, I think I learned something new about it too. Thank you Serenity!

  I love going to Serenity Salon. They make me feel so welcome and comfortable. I'm always looking forward to my next appointment and to my amazing scalp massage! Best I've ever had!

  Google asks what I love about this place!? How can I even begin?! I love everything about Serenity Salon. The staff is amazing, they are so kind and caring- when you go in they remember you and whats been going on with you, and they really share their lives with you as well. Personalities aside, they do amazing work as well. One stylist (Heidi) took the time after my cut to teach me how to properly French braid my hair so I could protect it from breakage. They are very knowledgeable- always taking courses to learn the new cutting edge techniques (pun not intended, but keeping it anyway)

  I love this salon! Comfortable, great staff and the best haircuts ever! I have long, thick, curly hair. I am always happy with the results and never leave feeling like I wasn't being listened too. I would definitely recommend and my favourite stylist is Heidi! Easy to access and parking isn't a problem.

  Serenity Salon is wonderful! Great atmosphere and lovely people. I moved to Victoria more than 2 years ago and haven't been able to find another stylist I like as much as Megan. Serenity Salon is well worth the drive from Victoria. I'm always happy with my cut, color or highlights 💕
