It's a nice place and the food and drinks were good. Great place just to relax after work. Service was a bit slow when I was there. I'd go again next time I'm in town.

This hotel restaurant/lounge provides an excellent meeting spot downtown, with a lovely view. Food is good, though not exotic. Comfortable seating, with nice nooks and crannies for conversation. (Also a perfect place to hide out and work for a couple of hours.) Friendly staff and good selection of teas and appies. Near floatplane, Gabriola Island ferry, and many other downtown amenities. Vegetarian options. Friendly staff. Pay parking is in structure underground.

The servers were awesome! Friendly and attentive to our needs. Food was well priced (at least breakfast was) but dinner seemed a little bit expensive. Cozy and welcoming atmosphere.

Love coming here. Always go everytime I'm in Nanaimo. The service is fantastic. Their when you need and gone when you don't.

The food is sub par at best and the service is awful. The wait staff were so rude and condescending and completely unhelpful. I would strongly recommend that people go literally anywhere else.

Big surprise!! Found this hotel using Google Map "typing Hotels Nanaimo B.C. Parking cost $9.00 per day (reasonable price) They use a share Public Parking with the city. Front Desk Staff was excellent and i was greeted a few times on my floor by the Maids. Room heater worked great and room was clean nicely presented. Minnoz Breakfast was excellent for the price. We didn't have time for dinner there. Looking at the Dinner price it a high end restaurant. Baby Back Ribs cost $38.00, i can get my my town for $24.99. Best to is eat someplace else downtown. We will be coming back to this hotel in the future.
