Great place for beach vacation
Always the best stay at any time of year. Next to beach boardwalk, sandy 500M deep, 1KM wide walkable beach at low tide. Kid's play area with grass and sand yet safely separated from the beach by a metre tall grassy dune. Brightly lit cruise ships pass by at night, tall, snow capped Coast Range mountains in distance. Friendly staff, quiet, romantic spot yet close to both Nanaimo and downtown Parksville.
good clean motel, nice amenities , and wonderful view, but expensive and pillow's and sheets could be more soft.
Comfortable bed, awesome kitchenette, amazing view, super friendly people. We will be back ❤💚💜💙.
Rooms are a bit outdated, but the view and location more than make up for it. Front desk staff are lovely.
Older building, kept clean, reasonably priced, the location is excellent, offering all of downtown Parksville within walking distance.
My family has been coming here for a week every summer since before I was born. We all still go, and now my brother brings his kids.
The setup is perfect for children. There's a large grass area in the middle, with a playground, and fire pits off to the side. Every unit has a view of the ocean and can watch their kids easily.
The beach is steps away. No rocks on this side. There's a boardwalk that will get you to a large playground and park in 10-15 minutes.
The units themselves are good but don't expect luxury. There's everything you need to live and cook. There are 3 types of units, and the size and amenities differ depending which you're in.
Note that they have recently taken over the neighbouring property and now offer a 5 bedroom house, and a 1 bedroom cabin.
The best value for your money. A cosy hideaway right on the beach. Smart layout with kitchen, fridge, plates and everything for cooking. Friendly staff and centrally located. Just a great stay.
