  Been at a several day conference. This hotel is to of the best hotel. They offer great support for our conference. Clean and bring pretty. Fantastic location. A 10 min walk during breaks is a fantastic change to a seawall experience that clears put your head. Amazing in all aspects. A+

  Charming host, spotless rooms and grounds, large rooms with kitchenette. Close to pubs and food. Great place to stay.

  First of all, the aesthetics leave a little to be desired. HOWEVER, that being said, this is a very clean hotel. The towels and linens smell better than any 5 star hotel I have ever stayed in. Lots of seating, very polite staff and amazingly fast internet. I am usually freaked out by a 2-1/2 star hotel, but have already booked another visit. For the price, this is a great value! Right across from the beach and walking distance to some good restaurants and even a bar with bands on Sat night. Highly Recommended.

  Felt the price was too high (150) for the location and rooms despite being peak time. I service was good and nothing unusual about the rooms
