The rooms are clean and well equipped with everything you need. They are spacious with comfortable furniture. We.love the pool and the hot tub. The trail down to the beach makes the beach easily accessible.

2017 is the second year we went to Ocean Trails after in 2016 we had such a great time there. Nice staff clean rooms and a lot of green grass which you can't find at the other resorts close by.

Lovely clean hotel, comfy bed, quick check in and nice view of the ocean from nearly all rooms. It's also close to the Lighthouse restaurant and other eateries, as well as near to the float plane terminals. We stayed there with a 3 month old and staff were very helpful and accommodating. I would recommend it!

Our stay was good. It was nice being so close to the ocean and a pool. The condo itself was good with everything needed however there was definitely some fixing up that could have been done.

Great spot for families. Pool area is great for younger kids as pool lacks a deep end and is 3 feet deep for its entire length. Beach is wonderful and a short walk away. Room was updated and nice with all the expected amenities and modern finishes.

The room was nice, in a good location. We where annoyed with having to hook up the dvd player as it was done all wrong, when we phoned to the front desk he didn't have a clue how to help us and was alone so he couldn't send someone. There was a chair broken. We didn't understand why we had to take our own garbage and recycling out as most hotel/resorts don't have that.

Visited a friend staying here, it was very nice from what I saw. Inside the cabins were very well done. A little difficult to find as there are many resorts along one road, and was not clear which road to exit to get back on the highway. Also not a big fan that there are no dogs allowed here. But very well maintained, the amenities looked nice from what I saw.

August 2016: Good location to activities, nice kids pool, hot tub, picnic tables, easy beach access, Suites very clean. Great place for family holidays, but. There's no designated bike storage locker to lock your bikes in. WARNING to other Travellers staying here- in speaking with local bike shops, there's plenty of BIKE THEFT off the beach trails, and beach resorts in the area. Bring your bikes into your suites, do not lock them to the wooden posts at Ocean Trails. Just had our bike lock severed, and my bike stolen from this resort in the early hours of the morning August 29, 2016.
