I’ve had the opportunity to work with Shawna twice now and she has been awesome to work with. She is extremely knowledgeable and definitely has her customers best interest at heart. She was instrumental in me being able to stay in my home when it came time to renew my mortgage. I have recommended her several times and would highly recommend her to anyone.

Shawna and her staff have worked with me on 2 mortgages, the second one being a little more challenging than normal. All issues encountered were handled in a timely and professional manner; I wouldn't have been able to do it without them. The experience was practically effortless, I was always informed and knew where the process was going. If you are looking for an experienced and knowledgeable broker that really works for your best interest, look no further!

My first mortgage was through a bank and the experience was frustrating, slow and stressful. The next mortgage I got was through Shawna and the difference was like night and day, I almost couldn't believe it. I've gone back to Shawna since then for advice and most recently for a mortgage on a new house.
Shawna and her team have always been able to quickly answer any questions I have and kept me well informed throughout the entire process. They make the process smooth and stress free for me and I would (and do!) highly recommend Shawna to anyone!response / report this review -

Shawna was very helpful in purchasing my home. From beginning she explained everything very thoroughly and helped me understand the process of receiving a mortgage. Shawna has been an amazing help to me over the last few years with my first mortgage, and most recently to renew my mortgage. She explains everything so that even the least experienced home buyer understands everything. I would(and do) recommend Shawna to anyone and everyone that is considering purchasing a home! Both Shawna and Ashlyn were amazing to work with! They both helped me through the home buying process and answered all of my questions (which I had a lot of being a first time buyer). Best in the business!!! Shawna and Ashlyn where outright amazing to deal with. This is my third mortgage the first one was with a broker second one was with a bank now this being my third I ended up back with a broker due to a separation she was recommended to me and I'm sure glad I got the recommendation to use her! I had a very tight deadline which some Brokers would probably have said was impossible. They bent over backwards made tons of phone calls between me and lenders sourcing out the very best rate and locking it on hold until some other financials and info was being sorted out on my end. Shawna and Ashlyn worked very hard in ensuring I kept the best rate possible and that the process went smoothly. I have never had such a great experience dealing with a mortgage. They never left any details out and are very thorough with their process. I highly recommend using Shawna no matter what your situation may be. They will always make you happy and give you the best experience!
