I was a customer of Galon Insurance from 2009 to 2015. Not once during my time with them did I have an issue with customer service. Recently, I moved to the U.S. and had to cancel my policy with them. During the confusion of the move and the million other things I needed to get straightened out, a mistake was made with the cancellation that was partly my fault as well as theirs. Instead of saddling me with two months of insurance payments, Ami at the 3rd Avenue location talked to head office and was able to reimburse me all the way back to December 24th, when my U.S. insurance began.

This small act of compassion and dedication to her customer has taken a huge burden off my mind and financial weight off my shoulders (I basically paid double insurance for two months!), and for that I am very grateful. The staff at Galon should teach SGI a thing or two about how to deal with people!

If and when I return to Saskatoon, I will be looking up Galon Insurance for my vehicle and home insurance needs. They're courteous, consistent, and have done everything they can to make my life easy. I can tell you right now, this is rare. I've come to appreciate it greatly! No company here in the U.S. is like that, as I'm finding out!
