Morgan at Capital Used Cars was very friendly and accommodating. She worked around our schedules for setting up test drives. They were able to get us the financing that worked for our budget. Morgan even delivered one of our new vehicle to us. It was an all round great experience.

amazing customer service! As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted and at a desk within 30 seconds! Super friendly team, would reccomend anyone looking to get into a new vehicle!

Horrible experience! My husband brought his car there for an appraisal and when we went to pick it up it wouldn't start. After 20 minutes, we finally got his car started, might I add that every employee "pretended" to not notice that we were struggling outside. After we got it started and got in our vehicles, finally someone comes out and asks if we got it started like thanks! After we get home after a super long day we find out that they kept the registration and original sale receipts. We called them at 5:45pm on Tuesday and her response was "were open til 6pm" like I'm not going to get my baby ready and in the car and drive across the city to get a paper. Worst service ever.. .

My husband was very impressed with dealing with Brett as he was very professional over the phone. Once meeting him everything went smoothly. There was a mix up regarding the in-transit permit which was not Brett's fault. He quickly looked into it and resolved the situation. We wouldn't hesitate to deal with Brett again. He's an asset to your company. We love our truck!!!!!!

Bought a used focus in early Feb 2017, and the process was quick, easy, and pleasant! Brett sold us the car, we only needed to meet with him twice to complete the sale and take the keys. Nas who I think is the owner, was really helpful and explained everything to us. The car itself is exactly as how they described it, and it's exactly what we needed. The warranty is a definite selling point, gives you peace of mind, especially for us as we were new to the province and just getting set up. Had a few questions come up since purchasing and Brett is always available or returns my calls within the day, great customer service. Will definitely recommend these guys and this dealer. Thanks again!
