Being a very regular patron for over two years now, I was happy to find a decent sushi place in my neighbourhood.
Too bad, I find quality has gone down and after a few more orders lately, I decided to stop as it is not changing into better in my opinion.
Sure, portions are quite bigger than other places, but freshness and quality isn’t there anymore I find.response / report this review -

Amazing sushi, with a very wide range of options, all of which is amazingly tasty. Actually, the Hamachi/Yellowtail was better than the best that I had in my couple years in Tokyo - a difficult feat. Good service too. Can't recommend highly enough.

Crazy pricing for super fresh and good tasting sushi. The salmon sashimi is thick, juicy, and probably some of the best I've ever had. Just be wary of showing up early enough as it does get quite crowded at peak dining hours.

The guy who answered the phone for my order today was hilarious! He was super efficient, very energetic, FUNNY, and offered extra soy sauce before I even asked :)

Most awesome sushi value in Downtown! Seriously, the House Roll is just gigantic and awesome!
They get a bit packed with a line outside, worth it though.

Delicious food, fresh & beautiful. Small space makes it a cozy casual atmosphere. Love the quality & quick service. Take out is fast, if you'd rather eat at home or on the beach.

The food was excellent and in good portions. The table service was a little slow but the waitresses were very friendly and it was busy so that's understandable. I was very happy with the overall experience and would definitely dine here again.

Cheap and tasty sushi restaurant. I had the dragon roll and the special house roll when I was there. The rolls are large and they taste great. Service in this restaurant is friendly and efficient. The rice in the rolls is excellent because it is sticky and moist which is the way sushi rice should be.

menu is confusingly large, with some items posted on the wall but not in the book. that can be good if you're looking for a large selection though. authenticity could be better for some items, but for what it does (large portions, cheap and tasty food) it can't be beat I think.

My favorite sushi place in downtown Vancouver. Large portions and very reasonable prices. Great cosy atmosphere. I can practice my Japanese here too.

In a city where you almost can do no wrong with sushi this is wrong. Cut large, mediocre at best, kinda unappetizing and not that cheap. Disappointed.

Large portion. Good veggie options. Service up to par. Busy place. No-frills. I'd say go in if there's room but seek other options if there's a wait.
