Quaint Inn. Very clean and well kept. Love the old fashioned check in counter that joins the cozy dining room with the fireplace. Well stay here again for certain as the location in the heart of Ganges can't be beat. Bonus fresh brewed coffee for guests during restaurant hours. Love this place.

Delicious food. Got crammed at a table 6 inches from another table. Kinda awkward. And there was a door. Other than that. Was great!

By far the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in. The food was delicious, staff was so helpful and welcoming. It felt as though I was staying the night at an old friends house. We will be back!

Had a lovely dinner of chicken clubhouse sandwich and fries at the bar, and really enjoyed sitting on the shaded deck outside. Only knocked one star off because it was difficult to get into the inn with our stroller as the back entrance was blocked by some boxes, and because they put ice in our cider, making it a very small glass! Would recommend though and will definitely eat there again on our next trip to Saltspring Island.

The food in the restaurant is good and the owner is very friendly and nice! I ate the calamari rings that were delicious and the hamburger lunch special with a beer (you can also replace the beer with a different drink) it was nice I just didn't completely liked the spices in the burger itself. The bun though was really good and everything was fresh.

A nice little inn in the midst of all the action in Ganges. Close to everything! Only 7 rooms so book in advance. Some have shared bathroom/shower and are very budget friendly. We stayed on the backside which was very noisy in the morning with what sounded like trash removal or deliveries. May have to splurge for harbour side in the future. Nice restaurant too.

Went there for Sunday brunch, had the in keepers special. Potatoes, sausages and pancakes were excellent and the scrambled eggs were good but not great. I have been for dinner before and it's excellent.

I stayed for two nights at the Inn in a private room with a view of the liquor store and shopping complex, described as "harbour view". The room was nicely decorated and very clean with a comfortable bed, however there are no baths in the bathrooms (shower stall only) and the fireplace was not turned on even though it was a dreary weekend where you might want to relax in your room with a bottle of vino in the evening. I asked at the front desk and was told that they had not yet turned on the gas for the fall season, which would have been nice to know before booking. The windows in the inn are also older, so there is literally no way to sleep in once the traffic on the main drag begins. Late-night players on the public piano also kept me up at night, which was kind of charming yet kind of annoying considering I'd be woken up at six by pick-up trucks barrelling into the village in the morning. Hopefully they will consider putting in some sound-proof windows for the rooms facing the street and publish the operating times for the fireplaces on the booking site. A bit pricey for what it is, but Salt Spring is a pricey place. Selling factor: great central location for seeing the Island via the BC transit shuttles.
