This hotel takes advantage of their customers. Do not book a room here. Three full months after checking out, the Coast Abbotsford Hotel wrongfully charged my credit card an additional $50. The hotel claimed that I stole a 'soap pump' which was never in the room in the first place. After trying to call and figure out what went wrong the front desk brushed me off rudely, telling me they would look into it and never got back to me. Overall it was a HORRIBLE experience and I will never consider stepping foot in this hotel ever again.

The front desk was so accommodating to myself and out wedding party! And they were super funny too! I highly recommend staying here!

Coast hotel is in an easy location to get food or to the highway. Rooms were in good clean condition. Shower was comfortable, beds were made. I was attending a wedding at the rancho with it's close proximity to the wedding it was a clear choice along with the discount you get because of they're partnership. Over all would start again

Despite reading a number of poor reviews, I chose the Coast. I did not regret my choices. Kind staff, clean rooms, and a good locations. Would stay again.

No complaints, would stay here again without any hesitation.
The girl at the front desk was incredibly friendly and nice, appeared like she loved her job, and if she didn't, was very good at faking it! Great first impression.
Lobby etc was all spotless and looked great.
Room was the standard two queen bed room. nothing special. Was clean and as expected.
Continental breakfast was good. We had breakfast plans with family so didn't eat much, but the coffee was good, the muffin I ate was good, and the various pastries the kids at went down with no complaints!
Would probably give 5 stars, but there is a little room for some improvement here. The bathroom was a little rough around the edges with dated counters, and patched holes in the walls. Not a big deal at all, doesn't matter, but just enough to drop the score a little. Also found an old insole from somebodies shoe under the bed (when checking for any of our stuff that might have ended up there). Makes me question the thoroughness of the cleaning staff - even though everything appeared clean.
Would probably give it a score of 4.5/5 if I could, but can't so 4/5 it gets. Will most likely stay here again next time we're in Abbotsford.response / report this review -

Short walk to the Cactus Bar from here make is much better than it would otherwise be. Not the best breakfast. Bedding was nice

Stayed over night with my 2 friends. We were given a pet friendly room even though we didn't have any pets. The room was very clean and did not smell like animal like I imagined it might. We all had a good nights sleep and enjoyed the continental breakfast. The staff were very friendly and helpful and we all enjoyed our stay.

A nice hotel, good value. Not exactly vacation-style, but if you're staying overnight and need a place to stay, this works nicely. Right by the intersection of two busy highways, but the rooms are very soundproof. Clean enough, and a nice, continental breakfast also. Recommended.

Attended a seminar so only saw the reception and meeting room. Staff very pleasant and friendly. Hotel clean and bright. Easy free outdoor parking.

Rented a board room and it was nice. Do not rent a projector as it is almost as expensive as the room rental.

The room was clean. The staff was helpful as we had a small issue with a previous guests belongings forgotten in our room. The Beds were clean and the bathroom was well stocked. We got a great group rate for our pricing. Wifi worked and their login is easy.
