One of the better Safeway stores in Winnipeg, in my opinion. The staff are friendly and helpful and the shelves are well stocked.

This Safeway always has what I need. Very clean and organized. Great bakery, quality meats and a variety of fruits/veg in good condition. Never too busy, line ups are at a minimum.

The pharmacy on Madison Safeway is a wonderful place the pharmacy staff are so caring and helpful and make you feel at ease I would go there even if I had to drive a long way love these people

Good selection of groceries Prices are higher than Superstore but bags are free. And you can collect Airmiles, which is also nice.

It"s Ok, would like to see actual Canadian grown organics instead of shipped in products. More veg options, and more healthy choices in the ready made department. Staff have always been great and helpful. I go here for convenience, usually get overwhelmed because I cannot find what I want - have to make my own I guess.

Large, full-service grocery store. Prices perhaps a bit higher than average, especially in the deli and meat departments. In-store bakery is quite good, as is the produce selection.

Well my mother is out in Winnipeg for her mothers 90 birthday and most likely her last one! She's had such a rough yeah and lucky to see today! They ordered a cake from the bakery and it was supposed to have my grandmas favourite colour - yellow in the cake for the flowers. I don't know if the baker is colour blind but that sure as heck isn't yellow! I do not recommend this place for anything if this is what my grandmother gets! Absolutely horrendous!
