Always a good experience, pedicures cost a bit more then the usual "chop-shops" but the polishes are better quality and you aren't rushed in and out. Very relaxing spa like experience.

Had a good time at friends bachelorette party, massage chairs made me never want to leave. Note if you want nail art, ask for it ahead. Only some of the staff can do it.

Arrived to this place an hour before closing but was refused service because staff was leaving. I only wanted a pedicure. Disappointing.

Booked a massage a month in advance and was told that they directly billed to SunLife and Great West Life. The morning our appointment we were called saying that the massage wouldn't be claimable. On top of that the lady on the phone was rude and asked us if we'd like to cancel or not. Just went to a different place

Easy online booking, was greeted the second we walked in for our couples massage and taken right away into a nice room with a fireplace. Jessica and Rihana did a great job. We will be back.

We had an amazing pedicure experience at Strada today! Four of us went for the hot stone pedicure and we all had excellent treatments, but Jessica really stood out and went above and beyond! She did a specialty nail job for one of us and did great job even though it was a challenging request. While the estheticians were awesome, the massage chairs were so outstanding that we all talked about buying one and doing a time-share. After some less than positive experiences elsewhere, we will definitely be going back to Strada for pedicures from now on instead!

Went in for a shellac manicure and a paraffin treatment for my hands. The décor was nice and the welcoming staff was friendly enough, however the trouble started when the aesthetician started showing me the new products they offered, I immediately picked out the matte top coat at her raving recommendation then proceeded to plan my nail colour, shape, and design around the assumption that we'd be using matte. For the most part my aesthetician seemed pretty nice, however I felt she was highly critical of things like the natural shape of my nail and the way my skin grows - things definitely beyond my control. Also as she was cutting away any hangnails from around my nails she actually cut into my skin quite deep and when I flinched in pain she made no apology. Also, not to mention that when she was taking off my old nail polish she left my hands soaking for a good 45 needless minuets. Finally when the nail polish was on and she tried putting the matte topcoat on she just couldn't get the matte to cure and eventually gave up, kept them shiny, gave me some ombre sparkles on one of the nails and took $5 off for the "hassle". Now note, I came into the spa at 4:00 and left after 6:00, it took them 2 hours to do a simple shellac manicure, I also never received my paraffin treatment because they were wanting to close, not to mention I had to ask for her to give me any hand cream at all - there was no massage or anything. At the end I still had to pay around $40 for a manicure that I didn't want as I had based the manicure on the assumption of being able to use the matte and would've gotten something completely different had I known it wouldn't work or had I been offered something else and not rushed out of the spa. I'm hoping this time round was just an off day for them, but regardless, I've gotten better service at quick run of the mill nail salons than I did here. I'm sadly very disappointed.

Received a spafinder 365 wellness certificate for Christmas and found this lovely place the decor is good people seem nice and value for money for the natural facial and grl manicute i haddefinitely worth another visit.

While the decor was nice..I would never say the cleaning is up to code. I had less than average service. It was not a "spa" experience. I've had better spa services in an airport. I would never consider this a spa. I won't return and I wouldn't recommend.

We were booked at Posh and they were not able to accommodate so we were relocated to Strada - what a nice surprise! The setting was clean, comfortable and well worth the short walk down the street from Posh Nails. I received a pedicure and it looks great - the staff were friendly and the atmosphere is lovely. The front of House leader (I can't recall her name) was fantastic, professional and very welcoming. I will definitely be coming back to enjoy more services while in Winnipeg.

Hope this post will help those who are thinking of visiting Strada for the first/next time…
Went to Strada last weekend. My husband bought me a package of luxury manicure/pedicure, deep clean facial and a full body massage, as he wanted me to fully enjoy spa! I have mixed feelings towards the servicing at Strada. One lady greeted me at the appointed time and said she would be the one who would take care of me (one lady for 4 hours?? An unusual multi-skilled all-in-one case…)
We started with pedicure which was absolutely great. The massaging chair was greatly relaxing and the whole procedure was done to my full satisfaction (note: I am not too demanding, but I prefer when services are provided properly).
Then we proceeded with manicure. Before starting I indicated that I would like to have a classical French manicure, with simple art work on my ring fingers. Well, my hands were not soaked before the manicure, and the lady started removing bumps (I had minor ones on thumbs, all other nails were good) with a harsh file. As a result a lot of scratches were left on top of my nails. I thought maybe she had some special oils to eliminate those scratches… I was wrong! She did French, and left me for 20 min (!!!) to dry my nails out (cause she had another client at this time). Of course, when she was reminded by her colleagues, that I was waiting for her, and the room should be vacated for next clients, she rushed back to me, and totally forgot about art work I requested in the beginning. Of course, all scratches on my nails are perfectly seen after a pink see-through coat was applied. I indicated that to her, and she pretended she could not understand the reason of me being upset. Of course, she had no time to redo my nails, and I was invited to the hall to have a seat, as the room for a facial and massaging should get ready in several minutes. So I waited 10 min and we proceeded.
Facial: Nice massaging, but cleaning was not done properly, only half (!!) of the T-Zone, and she said as soon as we (hm… I did not volunteer to dry my nails for 20 min!) were behind time cause she spent much of it for removing blackheads (half of the T-zone!!, 7 min maximum), she would proceed with massaging while the facial mask is on…
Though the massage was good enough, I was pretty upset, as half of services (manicure and facial) were not done properly, and just a waste of money. All of this was accompanied by the same question “How do you like it here? How do you like the services?” every half an hour. That became annoying after the second time…
Today is Monday, my visit was on Saturday, and the polish from my manicure has started chipping off… Is that how the luxury manicure should be (bad scratches, no requested art-work, chipping off one day later)?
I do not think I will recommend this place to my friends. Not worth the money they chargeresponse / report this review
