I loved everything about this place !!

We must have tried 30% of the tapas on the menu and they were all, near if not perfect !!!

I was there on business trip but the restaurant would also be a great place to enjoy a meal with friends or to have a nice romantic dinner.

The quality for the price is very good.

Segovia definitely make it to my top 3 restaurant of 2017.

Food is always amazing! I'm a picky vegetarian and despite the menu being 80% meat this is still my favorite restaurant. I don't need to be picky here, they even make things I hate delicious. Highly recommend! Oh, it's not cheap and the food is rich - but worth it!

This is the very best that Winnipeg has to offer. A consistently consistent, palate-dazzling experience that offers a very authentic taste of Spain. I'm not sure we had a better meal in the city of Segovia itself. The only thing missing from the menu is fire roasted suckling pig.

Amazing food. The negative review I saw complained about small portions.. this is a tapas restaurant, so of course they are small portions
I honestly forgot to keep taking photos for this review because I was so excited about the food as it came. The waiter saw that we weren't really sure what to order so he offered to bring us different options, we agreed and he took extremely good care of us and he delivered a great selection of tapas. We had a food sensitivity in our group and they were very accommodating and attentive to this. What a great experience. Food was DELICIOUS.

Portions are incredibly small. We spent almost $150 with a group of five and I feel like I barely ate anything. If you're going to go to this restaurant, it'll definitely cost you. I would never recommend.

Great service and interesting food. Take time to ask questions about the menu and you will enjoy your meal. Plan 2-3 items per person. The tap beer selection was week with only 3 taps and one was dry.

Fantastic Restaurant. Nice small plates (tapas), all very tasty and well prepared. Excellent ambiance - good for a group or a romantic dinner. Great and knowledgeable staff. Menu changes regularly, so you can always try something new. This one is so good that you could pick this restaurant up and put it in New York and it would do well. 5 stars.

Definitely the best restaurant in the city. Unique and tasty food prepared by top chefs. Quick service and friendly staff that will go above and beyond to accommodate the guests. Great choices of wine and beautiful ambiance. If you're a visitor to winnipeg this is by far first and best choice for a great evening and for those who live here, in my opinion this something you must try. You will definitely leave happy and you will keep on coming back.

Always come back to Segovia. Great dishes, great drinks, cozy atmosphere. No reservations, so go early, leave your name and number, go for a quick drink in the village until you get a call. Usually about an hour wait during peak times, but it's very normal for a popular restaurant and if you are expecting it, it's no big deal.
