  Great price for good accomodation. Views are magnificent. Hot tub was well kept. Would highly reccommend staying here if you need a budget friendly place. Local cat was slightly annoying :)

  Room was dirty, dusty, carpets and jet tub were not cleaned. No place to hang shirts, jackets. No authority at front desk to discount. Bad anniversary night for the money we paid.

  Very conveniently located, as it is along the main stretch of Canmore. The rooms were quaint, and served their purpose. There was a pool and outdoor hot tub. The bathroom was quite small, but it was a very cute place to stay. I like it.

  Room was pretty good for the price compared to other hotels in Canmore. Room is a 3 but price makes it a good buy. New portable AC in both bedrooms. Pool was small but it was a pool and it was clean.

  "This is good if you're just looking for a place to spend the night and sleep. But here's what I can share from our stay in the lodge, there is no microwave in the room we stayed in, (I guess this applies for their normal rooms), you can use the microwave in their office but they're only open from 8am to 11pm. The fridge in our room is too small, we could only fit a few water bottles. The water temp in the shower is not consistent, it needs to be adjusted often. Their indoor pool has too much chlorine. These things can be improved, other than that our stay here was good, we had a good rest, it's a peaceful and quiet place. Staff is friendly and accomodating.

  Good price. Was a good family choice for our overnight stay. Front desk clerk when we left needed a better "customer is not an inconvenience" attitude. Swimming pool. Playground. Insuite mini kitchen and air conditioner.

  Very nice quite clean compact reasonable place. Have not tried their open pool but looks decent. Friendly front. Definitely would be back here in summer. Banff is beautiful in winters.

  Location was convenient. The room was fairly clean but had a strong odor. Hot tub was out of service for the time we were there, but we were not told upon check in. Overall was decent for the price.

  Front desk person seems grumpy and unhelpful. Room was freezing when we arived. Even though we had reserved our room in advance. Rooms need a thorough cleaning. Cords run everywhere large crack under the door. 150 a night and you only get two towels. Hot tub was broken wished i hadn't paid upfront. Definitely would have changed hotels. Also website is way outdated
