Roncy Village Vets has been so amazingly helpful to me over the course of several years. I have and have had a few aging pets with both chronic and sporadic issues. Dr Mark, Dr Sam, and Dr Karen are always patient and kind, they fully explain my options and always work with me to get the most affordable treatment available for my dog and cats. They understand I have limited income, and never push treatments or tests that are out of my price range. Their love of animals is evident, and combined with their amazing crew of vet techs and front staff (Jayne! Claudia! Patricia! I can’t even name them all!) they are the best.
I moved out of the area and still travel across town to bring my fur family here. Highest recommendations.

Staff, both vtechs and veterinarian are great. Very friendly and understanding and is great with my dog. They take time to carefully explain every step of the way for my senior dog. Though she is highly anxious on vet visits, they are patient and do not rush into things. I am very pleased with this clinic.

Staff is amazing, but unfortunately I’m left with the impression of a clinic that is not transparent in their prices and procedures. After consultation, they suggest a number of additional procedures and products that were not needed. Having received a second opinion by another vet on my last two visits, I feel that the clinic is more of a money machine than a honest veterinary clinic.

Prices for medicine (off the shelves) are out of proportion. You easily end up paying 3-4 times that amount down the street.

Still the staff is amazing, but it’s a dishonest business in my opinion.

Always a great experience at the Roncy Village Vet Clinic. The front desk staff is very friendly and attentive as well as all the Vet Techs and Doctors that I have dealt with. When there is an urgent matter with my Dog they always seem to fit us in and make sure we are well looked after. Highly recommend the Clinic!

All the staff are friendly but they are not very accommodating and their prices are higher than most of their competitors. They do not return urgent calls promptly.

I cannot say enough about the fantastic care my cats have received at Roncy Village Vet Clinic! I started bringing my cats to the clinic for their routine checkups when I was volunteering there a couple of years ago. I was impressed at the level of knowledge and excellent service that all the staff provided.

However, it's in the really tough times when it's most important to have a good vet. Clinic staff was amazing when two of my cats were exposed to lilies. The lily exposure happened at Easter; I learned of lily toxicity through the clinic's timely social media post about the issue. I got in touch with the clinic right away, they saw all three cats the next day, and we quickly figured out that two of my cats, Pearl and Rogue, had been exposed.

Clinic staff very thoughtfully explained the tests and treatment options, as well as the associated costs. Everyone was very supportive but also honest with me about potential risks. When I decided to hospitalize Pearl and Rogue on IV fluids, all three vets worked together to provide me with updates by phone every day. The clinic also accommodated my work schedule so I could visit my cats whenever I could.

I am very happy to say that because of early and effective treatment, Pearl and Rogue emerged from their ordeal with no kidney damage. Without treatment, they may have had kidney problems for life or could have died. Even though it was a scary time for me, I'm so grateful to have the best team on my side!

Definitely the best clinic I have been to so far. Each of the staff is kind, engaged and caring. My vet knows my pets well, and keeps a detailed history of their appointments. They were also very diligent when I had an emergency with one of my cats, are very knowledgeable and helpful. They communicated with me and let me know all of my options before providing a recommendation. Would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I've been bringing my two cats to the Roncy Vet Clinic for about 5 years now, and I have always been incredibly impressed by the level of service and care they have received - I moved to a different neighbourhood, and still make the trip back to Roncy with my boys just to see the doctors here :) From routine exams to dental surgeries, and from the front desk staff to the vet techs to the doctors - there is a lot of kindness, warmth and understanding, and incredible actual care shown to my cats - they cured one of them of colitis completely!

But it wasn't until recently that I was completely blown away by how much they truly care about their patients. I brought in a very very sick stray cat that I had rescued from the street, and everyone has gone above and beyond over the past 6 months to get him well and healthy - not just with tests, food, and medicine, but additional research on his possible conditions on their own time, and making time to see him after hours/whenever they can when emergencies have come up. Thanks to the team here, he's finally healthy and well, and ready to be adopted out! They quite literally saved his life, and I am so grateful!

Price-wise, it's very reasonable (you can find cheaper places in the city, but having been to some cheaper clinics previously, I think Roncy is worth every penny.)
