  Very disappointing service. We ended up arguing with the agent through email. Never got a quote for what we were asking and were made fun of! Too bad, it used to be a great agency and their customer service was always on top ! Maybe we were just unlucky and got the one unprofessional agent, but they lost us for sure !

  We love working with Chelsea Gasko of the Flight Centre Bloor and Runnymede Branch. She is extremely efficient and she goes out of her way to research best options in a very timely manner. I would definitely recommend using Chelsea to any of our friends and family.
