We have used Rob for the purchase of both of our homes. He is kind, commited, professional - but most of all he actually cares. Rob found us the best rate available and when the lender was dragging their feet he helped pressure them into prompt responses and updates. We will not hesitate to use him again in the future.

I went with Sean Howard for my first mortgage based on reviews and I was not disappointed. Sean is an understanding, patient, helpful, ethical and extremely professional broker. He was looking out for my best interests and acted with integrity and care. I am very thankful to Sean for his help--I could not have dreamed of even owning a house for the next ten years if I was doing this on my own!

We had the pleasure of working with Sean Howard for the purchase of our first home. He is dedicated, hardworking and has a passion for the business. He walked us through every step. Always available to answer any questions, always keeps contact throughout the entire process. Words cannot begin to describe how pleased we are and are thankful to have been referred to him. I don't trust easily and buying a home is a huge milestone not to be taken lightly. With Sean I knew we made the right move from the first day. I highly recommend him to anyone

I am so unbelievably happy with the help I received from Sean Howard! My situation was a very difficult one, and without the help from Sean I would not be a home owner today! Sean was available whenever I needed him, through phone, text or email, whenever I had any questions. I attended two appointments with the lawyer, and the rest Sean was able to complete for me. There was a lot of information I did not completely understand, but I knew I could trust Sean to have my best interest in mind while making important agreements.
The home i own now is my late fathers home, which has been in the family for 20 years. It was my childhood home, and without Sean's help we would have had to sell and I probably would have never been able to own a home.
Thank you from the bottom of my heart Sean, for allowing me to keep my childhood home and have my son create memories in the same home I did!response / report this review
