James is really good at what he does. We had a unique situation so our mortgage required expert review. After hitting brick walls with a few lenders, we contracted James at mortgages.ca. The folks at mortgages.ca were really there for us in terms of advising and allowing us to get the right mortgage that fit our situation. I'd certainly recommend.

Steve Harrison is an absolute pleasure to work with! He not only comes up with super creative options but also does it in the most calm and effective manner. Steve has helped us buy both the homes we own and we would recommend him in a heartbeat! Our recent home purchase involved some complicated financial constructs and Steve held our hand thru it like a pro and the outcome exceeded our expectations. Having moved numerous times through our life we admit that we have never had such a pleasant experience. James and Stefania made every step of the process super easy!! As a first time home-buyer, I had very minimal knowledge on .. basically anything I had to do. They made my life so easy and they were extremely genuine and trustworthy. Everything was so quick and fast and James even responds when he is away (you don't need to do this James but its appreciated!!) You can see how dedicated he is.

As first time home buyers, James and Stefania were incredibly helpful, answering any and all questions we had, in language we understood. They also went above and beyond in terms of prompt responses and help during the erratic timelines of the offer and closing process. Aside from that, they got us a terrific product at a very competitive rate. They even updated our interest rate to a lower percentage before closing when one became available. A friend referred us to James and Mortgages.ca and we will be doing the same. Thanks James, Stefania and team!
