Victor Tran at True North mortgage: efficient, competent, organized, skilled, friendly. Deal with him and sort out your mortgage without hassle or drama. Even though I know Victor is a busy guy, and my mortgage was probably small potatoes for him, he responded within minutes to every one of my emails even late on a Friday night. Paul Siu is the best mortgage specialist during my search for a mortgage. He's professional, precise, knowledgeable, helpful and patient. I got to know about Durgesh Agrawal through LinkedIn. My mortgage was due for renewal and I was looking for competent rates. I approached banks as well as Durgesh from True North. Major plus point I found dealing with Durgesh is his honest opinion, thorough explanation on the difference between different lenders. On the top of this, he never forced/pushed anything or hid anything. There was a clear picture while dealing with Durgesh.

There was a time I decided to go with banks and Durgesh really honored my decision. However, unfortunately, some sequences of events happened that caused me to withdraw my application from the bank and at each point of time Durgesh was honest enough to guide me through the entire event. He not only helped me but also gave me confidence and assurance on each and every front. There are always different cases, but I felt a clear difference between the approach by Durgesh (True North) and other banks. I am thankful to True North and Durgesh for standing by me and strongly recommend True North and Durgesh service for any mortgage related service.

I contacted True North Mortgage this spring for my mortgage needs, not knowing much about the company other than they had excellent reviews online. I promptly received a call back from Mortgage Specialist, Durgesh Agrawal. My mortgage needs where complex and involved 3 new mortgages. What I appreciated most about the excellenet service I received from Durgesh was that he listened to my needs, understood my needs and diligently worked with me until the solutions I needed were in place.

Scotiabank was also part of my solution and were fantastic in working with me as well. Both True North Morgage and Scotiabank proved to be a progressive team, truly interested in providing me with a solution and seeing it through. I've dealt with other banks, I can say that RBC, Canadian Western, Alberta Treasury Branch and other brokers did not seem to have the time or inclination to help me anywhere near what Durgesh and Scotia had done.

I highly recommend Durgesh as a trusted and professional resource for all your mortgage needs. His communication was quick and professional. Keep up the great work and I'm sure we'll have a chance to do more business in the future!
