  Matt and Chris were both extremely helpful in guiding us through our first mortgage application. They explained the various options in simple terms to ensure we made a decision that best fit our situation.   I contacted Chris in June 2020 about our move in August 2020.
  We spoke to Chris a few times to go over our options and rates. Once we decided and had all the paperwork sent, we dealt with Laurie mostly. All I can say is Laurie is an absolute GEM! Laurie answered my one thousand questions, and very promptly I may add. We ended up changing some things up about a month before our move and Laurie was always happy to help (everyone here was). Laurie always answered my emails very quickly, and she always called me when she had any updates. We have never moved before, so it was comforting knowing they could explain the whole process to us, they definitely know their stuff!

  Great Service! Would definitely recommend given their great service. We had a lot of back and forth to make sure we fully understood what we were getting ourselves into and the team helped explain every detail to us. This was for our new amazing home in New Edinburgh.

  It was a great pleasure to work with Chris and Laurie. They made sure to answer all of our questions and went out of their way to contact us whenever needed, even making time for us after hours.
  Chris helped us secure a great mortgage rate and made sure that all our needs were covered.
  As first time home buyers there were a number of aspects that we were not sure of, but Laurie made certain to keep us at ease with her professionalism, diligence and honesty. From the beginning, it was clear that she was on our side, and she made sure that our best interests were her number one priority.
