Excellent hotel. Staff is very polite and hotel is very clean. Was there for work training and have also stayed there in the past. Highly recommend this hotel.

Great, friendly and helpful staff. Attended an author signing event and had a great time. Food at Blake's was also delicious and even though we were a large crowd, food arrived quickly and hot. The food was also delicious!

Normal 2 double beds room is ok. Hotel is clean. Some maintenance could be done into my room
The restaurant is good and staff very friendly. If you book, make sure to take the warm breakfast. Breakfast is a warm buffet and it's really good. It's the reason why I give 4*, otherwise it would be 3.response / report this review -

We arrived after a long drive and were both tired and hungry. The front desk staff (Matt) quickly and efficiently got us set up so that we could go to our room. Once there we ordered room service. While we were waiting for our dinner we kept hearing this grinding noise in the bathroom. We reported it to the hotel (Caroline) and she had the engineering department send up someone to check it out. Not long after she called back and said the hotel would move us to a new room. We ended up on the executive level of the hotel. Very fast and efficient service all around. We had a great nights sleep and were very impressed all around.

Wesley was amazing! Super friendly and accommodating!
He definitely made up for the poor service we had the night prior by the front desk staff, including the manager. When we explained our situation to Wesley, he went above and beyond to make our stay more enjoyable!response / report this review -

Very nice hotel in downtown London. Rooms are very clean and appear to have been updated recently. Elevators are fast and smooth. Restaurant in hotel (Blake's) is very reasonable and sophisticated. Overall has been a very good stay.

Staff were pleasant and welcoming. Hotel was clean. Rooms were respectable. Starbucks in the hotel had limited hours but good staffing. Blakes restaurant and bar was easy to locate, staff were friendly, and the food was good. Snacks that were provided during our conference day one were great. I was disappointed with the cookies offered day two of the conference for snack.

Friendly reception, gave us warm cookies upon check in and check out. They even microwaved my food when I asked. Room was spacious and clean. Liked how the card keys were tapped for access and not sliding. Good location, close to many things.

Very nice big room. Kids loved the pool. Buffet breakfast was wonderful with many menu items to choose from. Would highly recommend. It is a nice downtown location.
