Adam B (Team Member#: 112147) was a very respectful, and knowledgeable employee. Adam demonstrated very high customer service skills when visiting my home to complete a work order. Adam was able to fix the issue I was having with a leak around my sink. I would definitely recommend Reliance and if you have the option to request Adam B I would to request him. Very good job.

In the middle of winter the central heating system in my house broke down and I called Reliance to perform an inspection check. Reliance sent Chris Minion who is. Home care advisor. After the inspection Chris recommended the best option for the heater it’s capacity etc in great detail. The very next morning Chris and his team from Reliance installed the new heating system and it was a great relief for us. Chris and his team were extremely professional as they were very mindful of social distancing and from cleanliness perspective as well.
Chris thank you very much for helping us out when we were freezing and also thanks for providing four small heaters to keep warm that day.
If you are looking to replace your AC or heating system ask for Chris Minion.

My 31 year old electric air handler failed last week. I called Reliance Home Comfort to replace the electric air handler. Electric heaters in central air handlers for houses are not common, so it took several days for Reliance to locate a unit that would fit in the crawl space in my house. The installers came on Saturday morning and finished installing the new electric air handler in a little over four hours.

The new air handler is much quieter than my old unit. The house heated to a comfortable temperature in about an hour.

I'm impressed with the professional service and quality work performed by Reliance.

When I took delivery of my house this year, I wanted to ensure that the HVAC system installed was correct and I wouldn't "run" into any issues so I called Reliance and they were amazing! They sent out a service technician by the name of James. He was polite and respectful of my brand new house and also of my pregnant wife. Keeping his "social distance" and being respectful of his surroundings by cleaning up after himself and sanitized his entire work area after he was finished. To keep mindful of his surroundings and our brand new house he went the extra kilometer too make sure he had not left a spec of dirt by wearing boot protection. James is exactly what I expected in house service , quality of professionalism.

The plumber that responded to my call. God bless that man. Went far and beyond. I would honestly happy with the service I was provided. I recommend everyone to sign up for the plumber insurance at reliance. I was paying for 2 years. Had a big crack in the pipe. Water everywhere. They replaced the pipe and made sure everything was okay.

Really appreciated the same day visit from the 2 technicians (one was in training) to repair our water heater. I had a cold shower this morning, so definitely didn't want to relive that again. They came and were very polite and professional. They even explained what potential issues could be as they were diagnosingturns out it was a relatively easy fix (the sensor needed cleaning), but regardless, I am so glad they diagnosed, fixed, showed up in a timely manner and were very professional. Great experience - thank you.

I chose Reliance for their quality expert installation & service and reputation. I purchased a Goodman 13 seer air conditioner unit at the right price within my budget from our Reliance expert Alok S. Very friendly, professional, knowledgeable and honest. He didn't try and sell me something I didn't want or couldn't afford. He showed me the options within my budget which made it very easy and simple to choose. He even showed up on the installation day. Great service!

The installer Daniel did an amazing job on the installation. He made sure it was done right. He explained the installation, showed me how to use the system, and answered all my questions. Very friendly, experienced and knowledgeable too. I am so glad I chose Reliance! Great service and expert installation! I highly recommend Reliance!

What a pleasure having you guys fix something in my apartment. This Reliance employee was the most kindest, respectful, courteous gentleman ever. His explanation of the tasks he was performing was helpful and well received. In addition, he was polite and the most friendliest stranger I've ever met. It would be a smart move for Reliance to have this particuliar employee train or manage other employees on the standards of great customer service because his were impeccable. Great Job. Amazing service, this man has an awesome way of listening, acknowledging and understanding customer’s problem. Most importantly I really liked that he smiles and without giving any stress to me , he provided a solution. He’s someone you can call a one man army and power house. Even tho it looked like my problem would take more than 3 sittings and over a week. He understood my pain and immediately took out the motor, bought a new one and install it. I would recommend a promotion for him very soon. He’s very enthusiastic, energetic and learned person. I loved his service.

The technician was very friendly and talked with me through all the things he was doing and also explained why this could have happened. My furnace was not working. Got next day appointment with reliance. The technician came on time and called up before coming. He was polite and knowledgeable. Replaced promptly the part not working which in my case was a circuit board. The part and service was covered free of cost in my service plan. I would highly recommend the Reliance service plans.

The service agent (Gabriel) arrived well within the designated time frame. He was very polite and professional. I really appreciated that he put on indoor booties over his service boots at the front door and did not walk through the house with his outside shoes.

In regards to servicing my furnace, Gabriel was very thorough and took his time to assess all possible causes for the problem and monitored the 'fix' to ensure that all was well before he left. He also took the time to answer my questions and explain things to me - as well as discuss preventative and proactive steps for me to consider in the future. I was very satisfied with the service that I received today.

Dino from Reliance came out to look at my AC and confirmed my suspicion that my AC compressor was toast. While there testing the AC we discovered that the furnace fan motor was also gone. He quickly got on the phone and made arrangements for Brendan to come out and see me later that afternoon. Brendan provided me with several solutions and both AC and new Furnace were installed the next day. The two technicians who came out were Mark and Alex . These guys were excellent worked in very hot weather, were careful not to damage my hard wood floors. Cleaned up after they were done and did a nice clean installation of AC and Furnace. I would highly recommend Reliance based on this experience. Great team well done guys !

Gurmeet was my technician today as I had an issue with my hot water tank. He came in saw the problem and fixed everything. Within 10 minutes my water was nice and hot again. I would call on how him again for service anytime. He also gave me a tip about whole home plumbing protection. Excellent service. Outstanding knowledge.
