Worst experience I’ve had Registry office in Calgary. Do NOT book your road test with a guy by name of Kevin. I did not like Kevin and his attitude. I was nervous during the examination because of him. Kevin did not help at all and did not speak to me to comfort me. I have drove for 20 years.

Mr gurpreet nannar is one of the best road test examiner i have ever seen. Most of the examiner make student nervous but he is not one of them. I was very lucky that he was my examiner because he didn’t make me nervous.

Excellent Service!
Gurpreet Nanner, one of the best road test examiner in registry. Nice and Friendly person. Never let you be nervous. He explains his expectations before the test. I had best experience with him and appreciate his work.

No complaints! The examiners make you feel more relaxed than anxious about taking the test. I took my Class 5 GDL and it went swell! Forgot the examiner but props to him for giving me a great test experience. Highly recommend to anyone wanting a road test and as a bonus, the Owner replies to comments! 5 stars in my book.

I did my advanced road test with this registry. All I have to say is, from my experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful! I had Kevin Sull as my instructor, and he was excellent! On normal driving conditions, one isn't as tensed as one is when taking a test!! But he made the atmosphere so relaxed and friendly, that all anxiety was gone! We were total strangers, but we were talking like we knew each other a long time. It really made the test experience easy! I would definitely recommend this registry for all your needs!

More like a 6/5

Trained for my license in two weeks and was nervous before my test. Customer service guided me well and did everything I expected. The instructor was even better "Simon Kwan".

Soft spoken and lots of time during the test to be set for success. Felt way more comfortable seeing how calm and collected the instructor was. Highly recommend going here for first time users.

I took my road test yesterday March 13, 2017 for class 4 with mr. KEVIN SULL in this registry and pass the test. From the start he will instruct you what to do and let you relax and be a friendly test and not a stressful test. He will guide you all the way with calm and clear instructions. At the end of the road test he will talk to you what needs to improve that will help you improve more. He is such a nice person, I recommend him for taking a road test for sure you will be amaze how great this person is. Your nervous in the test will fade with this friendly person. You wont regret him. 5 out of 5!

I did my very first road test, I had a great experience with a girl at the desk, she was so kind, friendly Then it was time for my test, my driver was so kind, understanding of my nervousness, fears but reassured me that I've been practising, and that no one can ever be 100%, he isn't there to get mad, or yell or make me feel horrible about how I may drive but only to educate me to get better. After, I had another clerk at the desk and he was also very kind, helpful with what I will need for driving with a code. The customer service here is outstanding and they have a fantastic team of people! I will go out of my way and across the city to go here.

The first time I went to this registry, I was talking to the Asian registrar and she did not give me information about the proper proof of residency. But the roof of residency is not even said in the requirements online for a learner's test. The second time I came there, I was with an Indian guy. I showed my pay stub from 2014, which he said was outdated. Again, if the Asian lady told me or just gave me an information sheet that the Indian guy gave me after rejecting my proof of residency then I wouldn't have to waste time. The guy could have helped me searched for one since I was there already. I was confused because I was new to the process. He did not pushed for information, he just asked/demanded information like I know what to do. He was not sympathetic to the situation. What a bad customer service.
