This is the best place to buy anything related to cannabis. Staff is friendly and always knows what they are doing. Could get more plants though.

The prices at the joint are hands down the best in the city. Very affordable prices for really great dope. The only issue as always is with parking. It really sucks to have to park at the bottom of the hill. Some people park in the laneway to avoid walking up the hill which complicates it further.

Service was incredible! These two lovely ladies had answers to all my questions and were very knowledgeable when assisting me with my selections! One of them helped me out return and swap out a pack of pods with ease! Would highly recommend

Customer service is terrible! I asked if they still sold quartz nails they used to sell for cheap. I asked 3 different associates and got 3 different answers. The woman behind the counter asked me “what I wanted”, even though I didn’t get a clear answer. Definitely not coming back here again nor recommending anyone. I’d rather spend my money somewhere else

My boyfriend went to this location today to get me some flower, he got 5G in a container as im opening the container i noticed that there's a different clear sticker closing the container and the duty sticker isn't even stuck on. to open the lid and see the container isn't even sealed now wondering if I even got 5G!!! NEVER WHEN BUYING WEED SHOULD THE CONTAINER BE UNSEALED UNDER THE LID!!!

Updated the inside of the store, looks good. Minimal. Nice to see all the variety out there.
Lots of stock for products, the woman helping gave some good suggestions while we were choosing.
Very nice sets you can buy; prices are comparing to average, quality looks great. Enjoyed a preroll set and a nice little bong.
Love the info page given, I've been to many and this is only the second one I've seen do this.

Always loved going here but it's gone down hill. Not the biggest selection of pieces. Staff is ok but not to knowledgeable on the products or where they are. Ok prices. But I like the atmosphere and the products to much that I always go in for a look

Same story as the last reviewer. been going there for years, always had a great relationships with the staff that worked there, then one day everything just changed. All the new staff have been terrible, with no sense of customer service at all. Half the time I walk in and don't even get a greeting. I had a huge loyalty to The Joint and often talked about the awesome people who work there. No more.

I worked at this place for 3 years but now the staff is extremely rude and they wouldn't honor me my in store credit commission that I earned while working there which was over 200$ the owners r extremely unprofessional and unorganized and don't know how to treat there employees. They will do anything to make a quick buck.. so don't let them scam u too! I refuse to give them anymore of my money. Karma will come back to them eventually.. can't believe I used to consider these people my friends when all they care about is money. Sad it had to be this way.. greedy greaseballs like that r the reason this world we live in is so cold. Treat others how u want to be treated. Be fair be kind.. peace & love.

Same thing happened to me i bought a piece and the girl didnt even bother to check it got home threw it into my bong and bam i notice the crack phone them for a refund and i cant get one wow thanks

Love this store but last time I was there I was looking at a pretty pricey rig but the girls knew nothing about it, or how it functions. Hiring people that know the products go a long way other then just a pretty face.

Poor customer service. Bought a piece from here, the girl at the counter didn't bother checking anything on it and let me leave the store with a broken piece. I called when i got home to let them know, to which i was greeted with a condescending attitude and a "ooohhave you used it yet?".
Why would that matter? Undeestandable if i called a week later, not 30 minutes! Is it going back on the shelf? I bought a broken piece and deserved reimbursement.
Last time i'm going back there ever. Aluminum sound on the corner of vaugn and graham is great!!response / report this review
