Don't be fooled by the shiny trucks and nice equipment, just like any trucking company Jade has its pros and cons. It's by no means perfect, not even close. Read some workplace reviews online to get a better idea of what life may be like for you here. Please think critically about this place and the value of your time should you choose to work here.

Never have I experienced a place so well run, so fun to work at, and so committed to safety and quality of service. I came to Jade transport less than a year ago. Since then I haven't looked back. The plethora of personalities around you are always only a phone call away and the dire time of need. No matter time of day or situation someone will always be there to help you. The community that they have built truly is remarkable. Most companies preach family and that they will treat you like one of their own. But rarely is this the case. Empty promises and false words have no place at Jade transport. A handshake promise is always kept. Their dedication to the performance and excellence of the trucking industry is none other but remarkable. For the last 50 some years they have paved the way and laid down the foundation to be the shining example of how a trucking company should be managed and should be run. Fairness and equality are the first words that come to mind. The first picture that comes to mind is that of a gleaming show truck which is fondly always the case. The staff and drivers here at Jade take their time to go the extra mile to do that extra little bit that they can to make everyone else's job that little bit better. I'm proud to work here, and I'm proud of what I drive. The sense of individuality that you are given with the responsibility that we uphold is only overshadowed by the kindness and generosity that everyone at Jade transport gives. It feels wonderful to be affirmated after A hard Day's work. It's wonderful to see that if you try you can succeed. Jade transport is truly created a wonderful foundation in which for young men and women to learn from the best and only provide their best to their customers.
I have never worked at a place as good as Jade, where others may say they treat you like family. Jade transport proves it time and time again. Because family is always only a phone call away..

A scumbag company that fired a lady for having a PTSD service dog and these company people are religious, get the hell outta here!
The PTSD dog doesn't leave the cabin at all during loading and unloading it's for when she is in her off log time.
U corporate shills make me sick.
Y'all lucky U didn't hire me, I slap the black right on ya and when I'm done on a lunch break, I would slap it off, hypothetically speaking of coarse.

This company disappointed me working there they hired my wife an American on a work visa the fired her in a month because the owners did not want her service dog with her so denying a military veteran her rights .
When we confront them on it we received threats of both our jobs there true colours came out nothing but a sorry excuse of a company when you don't do what they want you are fired bunch of fake so religious Mennoniteresponse / report this review
