Poor service. Would not recommend this dealership. Service department rarely picks up the phone, even when they are all available at their desks. I've taken my VW here before and will not be doing so in future. This dealership lacks in adequate customer service training (in service department primarily). Hopefully that changes, and Management can take ownership of the critical reviews and take them into consideration.

Just had a worst experience with the service department. Wish never sending the car to Regency VW for service. The original small issue was not solved and several more new and serious problems and engine error code appeared right after driving 20KM after they repaired.

Now we cannot trust them, so we decide not to go there ever again.

We should have read the reviews here before we went there. Seems only people who buys cars are happy and none happy with their service. We bought the car from them too.

Hope the management can do some changes and improve the quality of service.

We had a great experience dealing with Raymond, and with Regency in general. After going to different dealers to see their local inventory and to get some quotes, we felt most comfortable with Raymond. There was no sales pressure, and we quickly agreed on a price that's fair to both us and Regency.

Unfortunately these guys do not listen, do not know their own product, and do not do anything to encourage returning business. Our third Volkswagen and our last. I am sorry that the fine Germans and Mexicans who built our car need to suffer these folks as front-end employees.

Sent an email inquiry about a vehicle with no response, so we headed in to check it out. No one approached us to help us out, though many people walked by and looked at us. Went elsewhere and received much better service.

Excellent experience. Blin Maloku sold me my first car in BC and my experience was the best! He walked me through all the options and explained each step in detail. Vouched for the best offer and helped me get it with the help of Paul Wilson and Todd who were also super. I highly recommend him as a sales executive, he is kind, non-intrusive and professional.

I had a great experience buying a new car with Farhad and Ash, they worked to bring in the vehicle that I wanted and helped insure I could get it for a fair price. Very low pressure but committed to getting my business. Farhad was quick to answer any questions I had and Ash worked hard to make the numbers work with no hidden fees from the very beginning. Everyone I dealt with at Regency was professional, personable and upfront.

We purchased a used car from Regency Volkswagen and we're very happy with the vehicle. Marty was our salesperson and found him very nice and knowledgable about the car. He was extremely easy to deal with and has a great sense of humour! He listened to our concerns and was never pushy or hard to deal with. We found him a fair and approachable person!We closed the deal quickly with a nice experience.
Paul was our financial contact here and found him so nice and easy to deal with. Very attentive to us and never felt overwhelmed. Nice man, thanks Paul!

Absolutely amazing service. Blin Maloku went above and beyond when it came to purchasing our car. He helped us and answered our questions after hours and even on his day off. After flying down to pick up the car, he had someone waiting at the airport to pick us up and he followed up to make sure we made it home safe.

We also had a great experience with Paul Wilson the Finance Manager. He was a very genuine person and made the process very easy. We found that he truly cared.

We have bought quite a few vehicles from different dealerships and these two definitely were our favorite to deal with.

Quite happy with the sales side of things. Marty has been great help in support and assisting during and after the sale. I am concerned about the service department from what I have read on the reviews, but I will definitely update my review based on that experience.
One negative point on the sales aspect of things, is that I often felt a lack of transparency, like not everything was being told. Just a hunch.
