Good food and portions. Bathrooms could use some better attention.

This place is disgusting. We come here because it's open late but every time we come there is always 5-6 dirty tables. The manager is cheap and doesn't hire enough staff. This establishment needs to make bubble tea as well wait and clean approx 20 tables and he only had 2 staff members. The staff turnover is quick because be always had new staff. Johnnie the manager was there while tables were dirty, tables were waiting on menus and there was a problem with cash and he left giving his staff no support

This is my favourite pho place in Coquitlam. Delicious broth, extremely tender and buttery tendon, the noodles are the perfect amount of chewy and sticky and they give a generous amount of sprinkled greens. The negative star is because of the inconsistent service. Honestly, it doesn't bother me too much. The servers are friendly and the soup is great, so I let it slide. I do think that they should have a few more people on the floor, especially during rush hour, that way the servers are given the opportunity to give great service.

Service was terrible. Completely forgot my daughters soup. We asked them three times and then they asked us if we still wanted it. On bringing half of orders they spilt fish sauce on my wifes back. Hmm twice to remind them 20 minutes later for water and tea refills. Yes we did order other drinks besides water and tea. Terrible terrible service. This place was so good in the past.
Never coming back!!!!!!
Here's the best part after all that they gave us 10% percent off a whole 6 bucks.
Seriously I can't believe this place.

Great shakes and the rice and noodles plates are great - they have the meal with a drink for 11 bucks and it fills you up. so many plate options to choose for your plate.

Very unsatisfactory service, took over 45 min to get our order and our food didn't come all together. Unimpressed overall with the lack of organization.

Menu is a little odd (lots of missing or out of order numbers?) but they are very accommodating to noodle-alternatives (such as extra veggies). Restaurant itself is clean and staff is friendly.

As soon as my group of four walked in, we noticed that every table was dirty. There were four staff members and no manager on duty. The staff was obviously fairly new, and should have been under supervision as they were all clearly under stress that evening. The prices were average for food that was not great, and our orders were all incorrect. We will not be coming back here, and we would not recommend it to anyone else.

Soup is flavourful and clean tasting but portions are a bit on the smallish side given the relatively higher prices. $10+ for a large pho. Service is a bit slow but definitely friendly. The tea they serve is great and it looks like they specialize in serving different kind of drinks.
