I went with my mom before my wedding to bond and relax before the big day. We were both treated kindly and with respect, even when I changed my mind of what I wanted done with my nails. Upon leave my toe nail polished smudged and I was disheartened. When I returned to purchase the nail polish (to fix it at home), they said they would happily fix it for free. I left feeling appreciative and I knew that it would look perfect for my big day. Thank-you, for taking care with my nails and treating with sympathy and understanding.

Janet was an exceptional manicurist!!!
Upon entering the spa, I noticed the serene and calming atmosphere. It was a lovely, two storied facility. A friendly fireplace and cozy, yet tastefully upholstered chairs and sofa beckoned me to relax and enjoy the soft music playing in the background.
Janet came and introduced herself and we had a lovely chat. She is a beautiful person with a very warm and inspiring nature. She is fully attentive and very meticulous in her work.
A great place to relax and be pampered, whatever service you require!!!❤❤❤

Love Rapunzels!!! I am in Canmore quite often and I always choose Rapunzels for my spa services. I have had massages and pedicures and both are out of this world! The atmosphere is so relaxing, especially in their waiting room and that tea!!! I could drink it by the gallon.

My most recent service was a massage and it was fantastic. My therapist was so attune to my needs and wishes. She was so thorough and caring and really listened to me. I felt like a different person when I walked out. I cannot wait to go back!

I frequent Rapunzel's for massages as much as possible! Their massage therapists are well trained and wonderful at what they do. Whether you want a relaxation massage or therapeutic, you get what you want at Rapunzel's!

They do not know how to cut thick hair. Once you wash it, if it comes forward, it will be obviously uneven. The first time, I thought it was a mistake. The second time I was beyond disappointed. I can't have them down.They won't fix it and they will blame you. These people are not to be trusted. They prefer to give you a long session of hair dryer and brushing so that it is all hidden (as if normal people have time or interest to do so) and then you are stuck with the problem.
