This was honestly the worst place I have ever stayed at. Firstly, it was definitely over priced for what you get. The hot tub was barely warm, and the pool shower was cold. The rooms were not very attractive, and the breakfast was just okay. I also had to ask for pool towels every single time I went there, there were never any sitting on the rack. The place needs renovations, the interior of both the building itself and the rooms are pretty bad. I have to be honest and say that there was nothing that I liked about this place. Based on my experience, I would definitely not recommend staying here.

Very accessible location. The rooms are those awkward skinny rectangles but they are well maintained and cleaned. Nice pool. Small but adequate workout room. Breakfast is good, if bit of a gong show during busy times. Staff is uniformly friendly.

Really good value hotel with great guest services, good breakfast, convenient location. It was close to Banff and Calgary. Short drive to all amenities - new shopping plaza with everything and a historic pedestrian section.

Horrible service. The rooms were very gross and dusty and I caught a bad flu from the room. The breakfast was very bad and the staff was rude. I would NOT recommend going here.

Checked in late at night but it was quick and painless. The rooms were clean and looked well kept. The staff was friendly and there was a great free breakfast with waffles. Would recommend them.

Worst Ramada in western Canada, first off checked in and booked into a room with people already sleeping in it. Then 530 AM every customers showering can be heard through the shanty wood structure. Early morning day care is run in the hallways. The showers run ice cold and scorching hot xan even shower let alone sleep here. Had better rest sleeping in my truck. Save you money do not stay here

Thank you for being a community supporter! After going to a couple of other local hotels and asking for a dozen shower caps for our school's pie throw (at teachers for the pre -Terry Fox run assembly) THIS hotel deserves a large CHEER! They were willing to donate a dozen shower caps to protect teacher's hair and each cap is worth about 12 cents. The othersdeclined. Ramada's front of house gentleman (young fellow with dusty blonde hair - sorry lost your business card) and this hotel deserves in return our support so I am asking our town folk to uptalk this hotel because positive should support positive. Thank you Ramada Inn for protecting our hair while the students who donated the most money for the Terry Fox run are allowed to throw a pie in the teacher's face. - for a good cause. Ramada - well done!

A colleague and I stayed at the Ramada Cochrane in a two queen bed room (room 209) for one night. The room was comfortable and clean, but the fixtures and decor were fairly outdated. Check in and check out were done quickly and professionally. The complementary deluxe continental breakfast was enjoyable but not superb. And finally we did not take advantage of the pool or hottub facilities, but those looked to be clean and enjoyable. Overall a decent night sleep and a satisfactory experience.
