Very clean but plain hotel. Was quite noisy due to room renovations. Appreciated the breakfast. Good beds.

Excellent hotel! I was really happy with the value of the room. Hotel staff were very friendly as well. Would definitely stay again if I'm back in the area.

The only times I have ever received the level of service I always experience here would be those times I've stayed at a five star hotel. The rooms are spotless and all the staff extremely helpful, friendly, caring, and attentive. The renovations they're doing are really making a difference in appearance but it's the staff who make it special.

Loved it. Rooms are spacious, beautifully clean have good amenities. Staff were excellent especially at breakfast. Complimentary breakfast was tasty with a reasonable choice of food and great drink selection. Price of stay was inexpensive. Wonderful value for money. Would recommend to anyone.

The hotel was surprisingly comfortable. The staff was friendly. Our room was spacious and the beds comfortable. With the additional complimentary printing and full breakfast it was a great value!

Very friendly helpful staff go out of their way to accommodate our changing needs, and the free breakfast was outstanding!!! Full meals not just simple continental as usually expected! We will definitely return to the Airdrie Best Western😃

This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. Both times we were very satisfied with the staff. The rooms are clean. We travel with dogs and both times they have been able to give us quiet rooms away from the main traffic. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to friends and family.

Think Airdrie Networking has been renting a meeting room once a week for several months and we couldn't be happier. Great rooms, staff that bends over backwards to please, and Farah the manager goes out of her way each week to ensure that we are taken care of properly. (while you are here, check out the food, amazing)

Second time we've stayed here. Upon entering the room the first start we were confronted with a +30C room with no working AC. Second time, again +30 but at least this time it was winter. Just opened the window wide open and in 20 minutes the room was bearable. Old baseboard hot water heating system that ran steady regardless of the thermostat setting. Room was clean though and bed was somewhat comfortable. Room was quite dated and very simplistic. On a positive note, the staff on both stays were very friendly which was great. Saw someone mention their view was horrendous with it consisting of a litter and garbage filled alley way lined with dumpsters and what appeared to be old registration units. We must have gotten the same room as we also shared in that feature. All in all not sure if I'd give this place a third try. If I did would be only because the staff was very good and perhaps everything else had no vacancy.
