The gentlemen behind the counter was super nice and calm. He helped us sort out a accident on my end with booking the wrong day and didn't charge us extra! The room was clean and spacious!

Big clean rooms, comfy beds,, friendly, helpful owners, and we loved being so close to the Bow River walking/jogging trail. Continental breakfast was fine and we enjoyed a decent cup of Keurig coffee with coffee cream and the local newspaper to get us going in the morning.

The room is clean and the bed is alright. The staff are friendly and helpful. This could be a much better place but it requires some serious upgrades.

The beds are ok, but should be replaced.
The beds need proper sheets and a comforter or duvet.
The pillows are garbage.
The towels need to be changed out. The standard towel here is way too small.
The Wi-Fi is a seriously slow connection and should be upgraded.
The TV looks new, but the cable connection is pretty shoddy.
The lighting in the room could also be improved.

I wouldn't stay here again unless the improvements were made. There are plenty of other hotels in the area that have better amenities and are the same price or only slightly higher.

Mom and Pop style Inn. We were offered to see room before paying. Room was a nice surprise. Updated, modern, clean. Staff at desk..friendly and really nice. Great location between Calgary and Banff. Thank you

what a joke,,,we called from the highway, were told there was room until we arrived then they had NO rooms except double suites,,,Isn't it bad enough these hotels raise their rates for weekends and summer without these common thieves trying to basically steal more by lying about occupancy! will never return, new owners speak no English and lie to customers to try to steal money!

We contacted Bow River Inn couple days before our visit and the person at the front desk was really helpful and held the reservation for us, although we failed to submit the deposit. We ended up to never stay at this hotel because of last minute changes, but I know because of this pleasant experience we will definitely make this hotel our first choice during our next visit to Calgary/Chocrane. This experience already shows we're dealing with high quality customer service. Thank you guys!

Very clean, nice big room, quiet and cheaper than all the name brand hotels along the street. Friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.
