Clean rooms and friendly staff. Kids had fun in the pool and the hot tub was really warm. Unfortunately they don't have a breakfast but they gave us coupons for the attached Smitty's restaurant.

Beds were so comfy. Awesome waterslide, staff was super nice and helpful! The room had a little garbage left on the floor though.

Going with friends for a long trip to Calgary. We a night here and everything seems really good. Room with 3 queen beds, clean, air condition, a small fridge, coffee. Price is under 200 for a night for 6 people and a baby. Recommended

The rooms were neat and clean. The toilets though were extremely noisy and the hotel was powerless for majority of our stay. We were not offered any compensation at all not even a flashlight to use! When we spoke with staff they claimed it was a widespread problem in Airdrie but we know it was not the case as the Smitty's that is attached to the hotel had power. We could not use the water slide, nor charger our devices or even watch tv. We had to shower and use the bathroom facilities in the pitch black. Overall the customer service was incredibly disappointing. This situation could have been handled in a much more courteous and professional manner by the management of the hotel.

Had a 2x king suite for 2 adults and 2 kids. Worked out great, super roomy, clean, nicely appointed kitchenette, comfy beds and pillows. Pool and waterslide were a hit with the kids. Breakfast discount vouchers for the Smitty's downstairs were appreciated. Would certainly stay again.
On the cons side: pipes rattled in the wall whenever the people above us used their water. Also, there's no sound insulation between floors, as I can only assume the basketball team above us didn't really care about what it was time for their early morning practice.response / report this review -

I had a wonderful time here. I was attending a family wedding for a few days and the staff were very accommodating and friendly. Vic, the manager was ready to help you with whatever you need at a moment's notice and always welcomed you inside with a smile. The complimentary drink machine which had many options was great in the morning to wake you up and the weight room was just the right size. The water slide was fun and the hot tub was quite relaxing. Overall, our family had a wonderful experience here and would definitely return for another trip.

Rooms are excellent at a decent price compared to most hotels in Alberta. The service is good too for the most part, I got what I needed in a timely fashion. The location is only 30 minutes from dow town Calgary and most services are within a 5 minute drive. The smittys restaurant and lounge has good quality food as well. Overall id recommend this over an expensive hotel in Calgary.

We stayed here while attending a multi-day sporting event at the Genesis Center. It was perfect for that because we could walk to the sports complex in 5 minutes and didn't need to find a parking spot. Our room was very clean and the beds extremely comfortable.
