We had a pet-friendly room booked directly by phone last minute. Charged 10 for pet and 100+ deposit. Staff were very helpful and loaned us a phone charger. Breakfast was good with lots of choices, just not much fruit and vegetables. Room was good, smelled fresh, a few cosmetic maintenance items noticed. Wished the pool were warmer but the kids had fun. They warned us of a recent break in incident in the parking lot. Appreciated the warning. Location was convenient. Will use this hotel again.

The view was amazing and the place is clean. We were able to walk in a park right next door it was pet friendly and we watched rugby amazing place.

Rooms were clean and well cared for. Breakfast was your typical hotel continental, with pancakes/waffles and eggs added to the mix. Good for a quick stopover when travelling in the area

Nothing special, but it's a decent place to stay the night. Convenient location between Banff and Calgary if you're going to be going to both.
Bed was lumpy and worn out. Hallways smell like smoke, but the rooms are clean and fresh.response / report this review -

Our fav hotel in Cochrane when we travel for work. Rooms are always clean, breakfast is free and decent. Good value for money!

My wife and I go to this hotel as a get away. It's quiet and the hot tub and King sized bed add to a nice weekend. It's also not too far to Banff.

Stayed here on my birthday. For the most part the hotel was nice, but the pool was creepy. Our heater was broken but they promptly fixed it. The British lady at the front desk was wonderful.

Clean, comfortable, excellent service, staying here for work 9 nights at a time, working nights, we get back to are rooms 9am every day and rooms have been cleaned!! Great place to stay!!! Thanks for your hard work
