Breakfast was great, room was clean and comfortable, only downside was painting in hallway but we didnt notice anything once in the room. Pool and Slide were great too!

Booked through a third party online site, so I got a good rate. The room was nice and clean. The furniture was old though, but expected for a hotel this age. We had a large 2 queen room with lots of space. It had a microwave and a fridge. The front desk had our booking messed up, but it was fixed after speaking with them the next morning. The breakfast is really good. I would recommend eating there if you can. There is a pool with a water slide that I was not able to check out though. Overall a decent hotel. It was still pricey for what it was, but it must have been a busy weekend. The whole place was booked.

Good service. Complimentary coffee and tea. Enjoyed the business center as it was very spacious, comfortable and quiet. Parking lot can fill up quickly but good access to hotel and local tourist sites.

Giving this one an empathic 'meh'. At $300/night we expected more than a small dated room and paid breakfast. This was the priciest place we've stayed during a 7-week cross Canada tour but is also the least attractive. Small bathroom, a room next to the train tracks. It just hasn't lived up to the price. We've stayed in other tourist areas on this trip with far better value. Giving an extra star for being walking distance from main street.

Very dated. Train track adjacent with trains constantly going by. Very pricey for the condition. My room door did not lock unless you pulled on it. When I came back from my day out the door was open which means the cleaning staff did not pull it shut so it was open all day! They only gave me a 10% discount on one night when I asked for an adjustment to my bill. The one star is for the comfortable bed.

Great Place, great service and attention. Nice people. The facilities include fitness room, swimming pool, breakfast for half price, laundry (coins needed), small train for children that goes around the hotel in the mornings, business center etc. I'm happy with the place and definitely would come back. The view on both sides of the hotel is mountains or rocky mountains. Nice.

Rooms are nice, however there is a train about every 1 to 2 hours and the tracks are right beside the hotel. Other than that, it's not too bad

My room was facing the railway so the train noise was inevitable. The room is pretty bright because there is no thick curtains. The bed is very comfortable, the food was delicious and with a more variety to choose from but you have to pay. This they don't tell you at the website.
Customer service can be improved, we called at night for extra blankets and they ask me to go get it myself
The room was dusty, you can see it on lights, torned towels in the washrooms and the quality of furniture needs upgrade.
For the price they charge, this place can be upgraded.

The hotel is fine, train noise is minimal on the road side and road noise is also low. Hallway noise is pretty bad until the pool closes. The staff are pleasant and the breakfast is very decent for the price. The pool is undersized for the capacity and is always busier than comfortable. For the price it's a decent hotel.
