Won't be back. With all the lodging choices in the area, this place was over-priced and outdated. Fireplace made a gross smell when it was turned on, bathroom wasn't very clean and fixtures were very old. Mattress was very lumpy and pillows didn't help much; I tossed and turned all night. Very hard to find parking (especially because half of the cars were double parked) and then we almost got stuck in the ditch getting out in the morning due to the snow. I understand that the restaurant is not owned by them, but the service there was very bad and the kitchen was closed before 8pm (see separate review on The Station). Kris at the front desk did recommend a nice restaurant just down the road for dinner, but he didn't mention how fancy the dress was. In jeans and t-shirts, we stuck out like sore thumbs. All in all, maybe a 100$ a night hotel, not 200-300$.

Suites could be updated. Nice, big rooms but bathrooms are extremely small. I am handicapped and had to crawl in and out of the bathroom and there is not enough room between beds. Staff are helpful and polite. Price was right.

It was a good place. Rooms were comfortable and the staff very helpful. The price is high but so are all the others in the area. Great location. I would go back to forsure.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Lots of room for 4 people. Views of the mountains spectacular. Sunrises and sunsets were later than in the prairies as the sun had to come up over the mountain ridge.

Disgusting! Couldn't even stay, packed up the kids and drove home. Hair in beds, pool area very dirty, towel with blood in change room, change room looked like never been clean, got out of pool, no towels, called front desk and they said have to get from front desk, was not told that nor was there a sign anywhere near pool area, didn't offer to bring some down, people smoking and drinking in hot tub, spit on window of fitness room. Would never stay here again.

Rooms are big, nice weight room, friendly staff, parking in back is kinda tight, kitchenette is a microwave and a fridge, fireplace didn't work but it is August so no big deal. Overall the place is pretty descent. I would definitely be back.

The pool, hot tub and room were clean and quite pleasant. The out door hot tub was unfortunately adjacent/surrounded by the parking lot but the limited traffic, slight elevation and tall glass walks easily allowed users to ignore this issue. The lack of complimentary breakfast or even a discount at the attached restaurant was the only real draw back

Front desk was efficient. The room was clean where it matters (bed sheets) but not around the edges of the room or under the edges of the bedframe. It has a nice view and a gas fireplace But also overlooks the railroad. If you require perfect silence to sleep this could well be an issue. Overall I liked it for the price.

2 am, no hot water in the shower. 9 am coffee maker not working. I call about that and they send a person holding a new machine, but then trying to make the old machine work. Apparently we had to "slam" the top down harder lol. Should I mention the internet speed or lack of continental breakfast for a $140 rate in March?

It had a good size room, separate seating area with a comfortable bed. The rooms need renovation as are quite worn. Wouldn't be my first choice of hotels to stay in but would be ok if choice is limited.
