Guy parks in front of my building (I am waiting in the lobby because I saw the van outside) and then proceeds to hang out in the back of the van for 20 minutes and then he drives away. It is now after 5 and my package is still not here. I tried calling the depot repeatedly and no one picks up. I wouldn't wish this level of terrible service on anyone. Complete waste of time.

Worst delivery drivers in existence. Tracking system always claim delivery attempts had been made when my boyfriend was physically in his unit waiting to buzz people in as per time stamp on tracking orders. The rare time he is away at college, there are never stickers or cards indicating the driver has visited the premises. Frustrating every delivery ends up at the store and each complaint goes unanswered. These packages are Amazon Prime so if it weren't for checking for time sensitivity, we would wait days or weeks on end.
To the online staff replying to the negative comments, do something to either discipline or fire your drivers. Your poor ratings are all related to your delivery staff and empty apologies doesn't cut it. You have more than enough tracking numbers from other complainants as just cause to dismiss offending staff. If you're able to track packages by address or user, every single package from my boyfriend is undeliverable. UPS, FedEx, DHL, and Canada Post had no issues so what gives?response / report this review -

Problems with deliverybuzzer number not included in address. Buzzer number given by phone. Package never delivered. Had to pick up. Directions hard to follow. When located, polite service. Package in good condition.

I always dread receiving anything by Purolator, they are by far the most annoying courier to deal with. They never write an apartment number on delivery slips, sometimes not even a first name (I live in a 42 unit apt building and they leave a slip that reads simply "Smith") Picking up missed packages is even more annoying than the other couriers due to the restricted hours of operation.

They don't bother ringing the buzzer, doorbell, or knocking. They just mark your package "receiver unavailable" even when you're home. Every single time.

Purolator is awful. I am sitting here with my phone beside me. It rings, the guy is at the door. I answer and get no response, he's already left. Wtf? Fed-Ex is way better, always friendly and actually come out to your apartment!

Amazing service!! So happy. They called me in the morning to make sure we would be home for our delivery. My mom wasn't quite home when the man came so he phoned me and I told him she would be another 5 mins and he waited! Such great service! Thanks Purolator!

Says they tried to deliver my package twice but I was there and they didn't show. I have a 2 receptionists so I know someone was there at the times they listed as attempts. And they "suspended all shipping guarantees" starting Dec 12. Live chat button doesn't work on website. It's like the company is owned by Canada Post
