The doctor is really great when he sees people. Lately they've started telling us we can't see the Dr unless we have a family doctor. If I had one that wasn't in Ontario don't you think I'd be there instead of a walk-in clinic? I don't even know how it's legal to operate a clinic like this.

This place sucks. Internet shows it opens at 9:00. It doesn't! It opens at 8:30. So I show up "early" only to find out we're late. So 3 hour wait later

One doctor or practice?whoever work in there. She was the only one on shift April 1. My wife took my daughter to see her because there are many good clinics were closed on Sunday. Yes I am not professional as doctor but I can tell my daughter was on food allergy cuz I observe her everyday for 5 years. And you told my wife she is on eczema. Below is what she said to my wife "oh she got eczema, all Asian people is easy to get eczema blabla. I am like F you doctor! She born in Canada and never been other country and non of our other kids and adults in our family got eczema ever! We decide to go Walmart clinic after and Yes!! Like we all think it's an ALLERGY!!!!! Thanks to professional Walmart doctor who did check thru my doctor very detail. After Walmart doctor's prescription she is feel better right away and not itchy!!! Just want to share be aware of some unprofessional doctors out there.

Refuses to see patients, unless they have a family doctor. I went there to have a prescription filled, however was told that the doctor wouldn't see me as they had a new policy to not see patients who do not have family doctors (1/3rd of males in BC), as they needed to have a family doctor to forward the records to. Also known as not wanting to incur the expense of maintaining patient records, due to Medical billing changes I presume. Absolutely discriminatory policy which disproportionately denies men equal access to the medical system, and a flagrant violation of the BC Human Rights code as the condition of male access to doctors predates this policy by 10+ years, so while indirect, is willful sexual discrimination.

I had a terrible experience with Dr. Milne, whims I'd seen multiple times. Fortunately it led me to finding a great family doctor. He wrote a terrible report with multiple assumptions about me that were not true. He didn't even take a moment to sit down. Instead towered over me when I was clearly in distress. He should lose his license. Dr. Milne is an embarrassment to the profession.

The staff were very helpful fitting me into a last minute space due to fast moving UTI. Got prescription quickly with a new drug, and just seeing how that one will work. Appreciated the speed. The office and area is very neat and professional and waiting times are not as long here as elsewhere.

We go to see Dr. Milne when it's not feasible to travel to our family gp in vancouver. He is very friendly, professional, and always makes my son feel at ease. We're happy to have this walk in clinic as an option for us!

Dr.Milne is a person who deserved the titul of Doctor!! He is amazing. He always do care of patients. I am so sad because he is not my family doctor but when my family or myself are sick or need real advise I am always going there. We are just walking patients but he always take care!! ❤❤❤
