Just had an excellent experience. Went in for my first checkup in 7 years ahead of a drivers renewal. I was borderline in need of the lens last time so I thought I should be certain. I ended up still on the border and decided to let my benefits get me a new pair of glasses. This was my first set of glasses and I have to say the whole experience was very pleasant. From the extremely informative and customized eye exam, to the actual purchase of lens and frames. I ended up going very cheap ( rayban frames and basic lens ) since I don't expect to wear them often, but I met no resistance from the sales guy, and even the receptionist was very helpful and friendly. To top it all off, I got my glasses back in one day!

First, I thought the optometrist I saw at EyeMax was great. Unfortunately the sales team wasn't. I purchased a pair of expensive glasses from Eyemax and when they arrived there was a defect in one lens. Because the manufacturer and sales team didn't bother to look at them before I went in to pick them up I got to waste my time and wait an additional 2.5 weeks to get my glasses with no apology or attempted compensation. With high prices, minimal selection, and poor service, I wouldn't go back.

I've been going to Eyemax for the past 4 years. You can get your annual eye exam done in 15-20 mins. Very professional and quick (not rushed) service. 10-15% off the frames if you decide to get your glasses from them.

I've had an extremely positive experience with Dr. Prpic and other staff. Dr. Prpic was very knowledgeable, extremely patient, and answered all my questions. Staff was knowledgeable as well and friendly. Highly recommended!

Highly recommended! Dr Prpic was awesome and the service I received was leaps beyond my other experiences in the past. He took the time and described everything related to my eye's problems and issues and how to remedy them.
