The doctors are great in this clinic and overall it's well managed with functional online booking system and helpful staff.

But recently we were forced to pay 100 dollars for late cancellation fee because both of us parents have to work, and unfortunately life's too busy and we forgot to call to cancel in time, for the first time.

We are not thrilled and feel disheartened because the cancellation fee has never been communicated with us either verbally or in the confirmation email, but the clinic arbitrarily forced on us when we had no other options.

The online appointment reservation system is good and convenient. I like it. It will be even better if it allows one to book the next day.

I am trans gender. Dr wouldn't touch me. I presented a belly button infection. He prescribed a cream and said I should find another doctor. It took months to find another doctor. Now that I have one, I was tested and found to have been suffering a staff infection missed by a bigot doctor. I am looking to report the incident

Take advantage of the online appointment setup on their website. Saves a lot of time waiting or early closing due to too many patients for walk-in. Appointments have been always on time for me and the doctors/staff have been competent and efficient. 100% better than some other places I've tried.

I have been with this clinic for many years and I can say their operation and administration is getting better and better every year. I love the possibility of making appointment online and also checking walk in clinic patients number. The staff are also friendly and helpful.

Normally service here isn't so bad. At best wait time varies. However today w3 came early and still waited late. We were suppose to see Dr.Kee's and didn't. Her 'assistant' we told more then once we had to pick up a friend's child from school and were willing to wait no more then 15mins after an hour being there. She was was rude when I kindly reminded her about it and we didnt see Dr.Kee today due to walking out as we would be late if we stayed. We have never had an issue before with her in training assistants nor not seeing her.

Receptionist service was horrible, they cancelled my follow up appointment that I booked 4 months in advance because the doctor we see always need to book 4-5 months in advance. I called and told them what happened they were not empathetic nor gave me an apology. Instead gave me a bad attitude, I was told they only have 1 available slot in 2 months I asked the receptionist to help me book that day and she refused to even when it was available and then she didn’t give me any valid reason and just said to me “I can’t book that day for you, I hope you understand” well I really don’t understand. They cancelled my appointment for no reason, tells me they have an opening available for booking but then they can’t book it for me.

This place is alright if it's close by. Do expect a wait. The male doctor who I have seen a few times is underconfident while at the same time dismissive of questions and concerns. The other doctor seems lovely but I can't recommend him - I also have a friend who went and had a horrible experience. If it's close and you're in need, it's not worth avoiding, but ask for the other doctor if possible!

Don't reserve a walk in time! They will put other walkins in ahead of you. I had a 530 time slot got there at 525. Waited over 45 minutes..while 3 new walks were given a number and put in to see a doctor. Front desk staff are so inefficient!

I booked a walk-in reservation online. The system gave me the appointment time. The clinic's website booking system told me the appointment time will be in 1 hour from the time I booked it, so I headed for the clinic. The website booking system also told me to wait 2 hours for email confirmation but the appointment is in 1 hour so I had to assume the appointment is booked. I went to the clinic - the reception staff all told me that there are no walk-ins and I didn't have a reservation. I have to accept that I don't have a reservation because my email hadn't arrived yet. It's my first time to use this clinic, so I didn't know to expect this.

Several hours later, this is the email I received:

    "Hi,

The time you are looking to book for has passed.

Unfortunately, today we are not accepting walk-in reservations, we are also closed for today. "

Greeted by a very friendly and polite receptionist and the doctor was very knowledgeable and patient with me when discussing my illness and concerns. Great waiting system that is viewable online to give you live update on the number of patients ahead of you. Best walk in experience I've ever had.

Low rating only due to wait times, but it's understandable. I love the app where I can check my number on my phone and go wait nearby at Starbucks instead. Dr Wardill is my favorite doctor for any personal feminine problems I may have. She is gentle and non judgemental and I appreciate that she takes me seriously. Dr Janzen has also been very respectful when I have seen him a few times. Both doctors have listened to me and asked questions without trying to push me out the door as fast as possible, despite me knowing how busy the waiting room is.

This clinic is clean, fast and you can setup drop-in appointments on their website. I highly recommend it!

Depending on which doctor you get, you will have a different experience. I highly recommend Dr. Wardill, who is thorough, caring and very smart.

Awful experience at this place today thanks to Dr kurra. Brought my 16 day old little baby in with acid reflux and was sent away without a prescription for her. It was acknowledged that she indeed had acid reflux, and we explained that it makes the baby throw up large amounts of vomit, completely emptying her stomach and was so uncomfortable it made her cry uncontrollably, and she wasn't feeding well and her comment was if she does it again or if we are still worried about her we should go to the children's hospital. They also claimed that the baby was eating well because their scales showed that the baby had gained 4000g in the past 5 days. Impossible! They do not know how to work the baby scales at this place. Going to take her somewhere else tomorrow. As you can see we are still having issues with this at 3 am not very nice having to listen to your baby cry out in discomfort and not veing able to help her. Poor people skills and lack of compassion, thanks for nothing Dr kurra. She didn't listen to a word we said. Good luck.

I've been at this clinic many times and also taken my kids here even though we have a family physician. It's great to have around since our family physician is double booked which means that even in an emergency/urgently, they can't accommodate.

The staff and doctors that I've seen over the past decade or so have been great. Yes, it's a busy clinic, but, they do have a ticketing system and they also have a website that indicates what ticket number they are servicing. That enables us to go out, grab a bite to eat in the mall area or even drive home to wait until our number is getting near to being called out.

I'm only interested in the quality of care and I feel that I'm being taken care off. As for secondary qualities such as furniture/environment, I don't really care as long as it's clean and tidy.

I was referred by my family doctor to see the pediatrician at this clinic for my daughter's hemangioma. Dr. Chung was very kind, patient and professional in addressing our concerns and explained everything in great details.

Horrible. This is my second time here and once again I am up at night thinking about my dehumanizing experience. The clinic is busy and wait time is inevitable but treating people like crap is not necessary.

My 1st visit, I was ignored for 5 minutes while one receptionist took down Halloween decorations and the other one just stared at the computer while they gossiped about another co-worker that is having a baby. How do I know because I stood their waiting while holding my 4 month old. Appointment was 50 min late, felt like forever with fussy baby.

Second visit I showed up on time and the appointment was 45 min late. On top of that no apologies for wait time and right before getting called in after almost sitting there for an hr with a baby, the main receptionist made a big fuss about how all the strollers had to be outside before she would talk to anyone. What kind of pediatric clinic does not let you have a stroller? So after waiting an hr I had to push a stroller past a bunch of people, open the door myself while holding a baby AND a diaper bag. HOW ABOUT A SIGN ON THE FRONT door so people have time to adjust and not make a big deal 2 seconds before the appointment? What if my stuff gets stolen? I am sure they will be happy as they enjoy grandstanding and torturing patients. How about some empathy for patients? What do you care if there is a stroller in the corner not blocking any exits or hallways? How does it affect YOU? You get paid to sit on the computer while the rest of us wait and wait.

The ordeal does not end there. Both times had to answer 20-30 minute questionnaire by residents who kept asking the same questions because they don't listen to your answers.

Then they close the door and make you sit in that tiny closet for 15 minutes. After awhile, I opened the door and saw the resident and pediatrician side by side looking through reference while on the computers, probably googling your symptoms. Then, they come in, barely look at child and banter about what the diagnosis is and what prescription to give. If you are looking for peace of mind for your child, look elsewhere. After that painful ordeal I am disappointed there was no clear answer on baby's condition. You'd think as doctors, it is their JOB every day to identify these common illnesses, but NOPE. Waste of time and humiliating experience.

Would never come here except baby needed pediatrician. I go to my family doctor whenever possible and get treated very kindly. Unfortunately she is not accepting patients. I feel bad for all the people who cannot get family doctors and have to go to this horrible clinic.

All my 3 kids see Dr Kee. She is amazing! knowledgeable, understanding, patient, friendly and listens to all your concerns. The wait time was less than 5 minutes. However, I can't give this clinic 5 stars because I don't like it when we have to see resident doctors (who look 15 yrs old) before we see Dr Kee.
