There's something fundamentally weird with the customer service at this location. Lined up 20 minutes to pick up an online order that was in stock, but order could not be found, so I stood aside for other customers. After waiting for someone to finally retrieve the order, staff then sternly demanded: "Sir, you must go to the back of the line to sign for this order" - no exceptions. As a long time LD shopper, I may want to avoid this location, and just shop on Amazon.ca or Bestbuy.ca in future. There is a lack of common sense in customer service.
Knowledgeable manager at the Electronics Department. Unlike other chain stores, LD has extra selections of household items at great prices!
Great location, however the parking lot is always full. Hard to find parking. Great selection and get staff when you ask them questions.
A standard London Drugs. They have a good electronics and photo section, decent makeup and significant travel aisle. Their pharmacists are really friendly. You can also get marriage licenses here. They have good parking available from the nearby covered parkade.
Access is a little restrictive. They can be entered by the Northbound from Minoru, from Westbound on Westminister Hwy and Southbound on Number 3. The meridian prevents a lot of easy access.
Hours of operations are good and staff are very friendly.
I often use this location now because both photo counter person and pharmacists are very nice. Photo counter person is easy to talk to and fun to chat with. Pharmacists here are very caring. I used to take pills for my thyroid. My prescription sometimes became out of stock, so the pharmacists always checked the stock and when they were running short, they got the rest of their stock ready for me. I really appreciate it.
I shipped something I bought online to this location. I received the email that it's ready to pick up 2 days prior to going. After spending 30 minutes at the counter, I left. The item was not at the customer service counter, and the store manager's idea to solve the problem was to cancel my online order and buy it in store. Problem is, I bought it during a sale. When I brought that up, the customer service had to call head office. This is about the 30 minute mark when I decided to just leave. The customer service rep was nice and felt bad but there was nothing she could have done, and it's not her fault this happened.
Some problems: they still use pen and paper to keep track of order pick ups. I don't even remember the last time I saw this. The customer service rep didn't even have a system where she can punch in the pick up number to check the order. Secondly, why couldn't the store manager just give me the same discount, buy it in store and cancel my online order? I thought this was going to take 5-10 minutes top, but 30+ minutes later I left without my order in hand. With such an archaic system, I will never shop at London Drugs again. I rarely price match because I like to buy directly from the retailer that's doing the sale, but in London Drugs' case, I will either price match or just wait for another retailer to do a similar sale.
Good location. Special deals on everything. Nice staff.

Good location. Little on the small size so selection here maybe not as good as other locations
Excellent customer service and helpful staff. I found the products I needed in small amount of time and gave me the best recommended medicine for my parents.
Good customer service and pretty attractive deals most of the time. They're open till late which I like a lot.
