Product itself was good quality, and the “satin” finish could never be cleaned properly, always leaving foot marks.
The issue I have is with the after sales support of both the dealer and the manufacturer.
Purchased over 10k in flooring. Long story short - experienced small area of water damage, needed to replace several boards, not enough spare on hand. Needed to purchase another few cases, but was informed that the product had been discontinued.
I contacted Preverco directly to find out if there was any additional stock, Customer Service was not willing to assist. Seems like there is no more loyalty in this world. Both Preverco and the retail sales supplier have failed yet another customer.report this review -

I had Preverco Floors installed in my Condo Unit. After the floors were installed, they started to separate after about six months. The separation continued over the course of the next six months. After approx. one yr. after installation the floors were a complete disaster. The gaps between the planks in the floor were more than an inch in many areas. As soon as ANYONE entered my condo, the first thing they SAID is what is with your floors. I contacted the Rep. from Preverco in the GTA and he visited my condo to look at the floors. He clearly noted the issues and noted that the floors should not have been in the condition they were. However he blamed all the issues on me. I had an inspector in who stated in his report that the wrong glue was used in the installation of the floors. Preverco denied any wrongdoing and refused to admit the floors were faulty. I would STRONGLY advise that you should not consider purchasing any Preverco product if you are considering flooring for your home.

My white oak floor with natural matt finish looks beautiful but scratches very easily. Dont buy it

Terrible quality. We spent thousands of dollars on the hickory espresso in 2016 and already the beveled edges are gone! Scratches and dents so easily. Submitted a warranty claim and they will lie and say you have a pet! Save your money, go elsewhere.

An Amazing Canadian manufacturer that can produce hardwood flooring to your paticular style and decorating sense. Excellent service and quality.
