  They’re very dishonest with their pricing. They said they would give me a quote after seeing my house. The technician did the work and after 10mins he told me the process was done and it would cost $350. It literally took him 10 minutes to throw poison around my backyard. They also showed up one day later than scheduled at a different time than scheduled. I would not go back to them.

  I took a case at the Regie against my landlord company since the apartment they provided was bedbug infested when I moved. By the civil code landlords are required to provide the apartment in a good condition when delivering to a tenant. This extermination company provided the landlord company a false report, refusing the infestation, although they did treatment three times. Luckily I was able to prove my claim with the photos I took. A professional(!) team can't see what I was able to see and report. If you are looking for a decent people rather than people who claim to be 'professionals' I advice you look somewhere else. Dec 18, 2020
