  I have made numerous large purchases over the years through EQ3 as the quality has always exceeded my expectations. I recently made a large purchase through the Griffintown location and was EXTREMELY disappointed in the service I received. When I came in to confirm my purchase and make a payment, the young man made very little eye contact and very little effort to go over the details of my purchase. I had to ask him to inform me of delivery times, details regarding the extended warranty we purchased, and all this time he had his cellphone on the counter obviously texting people. It was very insulting to me. I felt that I wasn’t a valued customer. I called the store later that afternoon to speak with the manager to discuss the poor service I had received. I was told that the manager would call me back, which to my further disappointment did not happen. Needless to say I am still a sincere fan of EQ3 products but the service at the Griffintown location was very disappointing and therefore I will not be returning to this location in the future.

  Excellent customer service, product and delivery. The sales people at the store were very helpful and never pushy, and followed-up with me promptly on my order. The delivery service provided text messages to let me know when they would be arriving, and called three times (once the day before, once the day of and again 30 minutes ahead). The delivery people were also very careful moving the rather large pieces of furniture into my newly renovated home. I am very satisfied with the quality and style of the furniture. I will be ordering again in the near future as I continue to furnish my home.

  Product ordered: Aeron chair by Herman Miller. Recently received. Aeron chair is A1 as well as EQ3 customer service from ordering to the delivery including my concerns re: fully adjustable arm pads (needed to push a little stronger, that's all). Rep. on the phone was patient and professional. Excellent job. Thank you!
  
  One improvement: a 30mins heads up before delivery would be appreciated. Luckily, I was in the neighborhood.

  The EQ3 in Griffentown has a great layout that flows easy and the staff are supportive without being pushy. They politely guide you through the decision making process of which there are so many great options! I can’t wait for my couch to be delivered so I can go back and consult Marie for her opinion on an area rug to compliment. I am also very happy to support the Canadian manufacturing industry with my sofa purchase!
