Jason is phenomenal to work with at this store. He is knowledgeable, friendly, professional but also fun. He consulted with us to find the best options, sizes and colors for our place. He was patient and attentive (even after we changed our minds a few times!). We felt very comfortable with him, never felt any pressure to buy. He also followed up with us proactively several times by phone after we purchased, to ensure our items would be delivered on time since he knew how important it was to us. We purchased the Cello bed and Cello sofa canapé and Novah standing desk. Had to return the Novah desk due to an issue with the lift mechanism during installation but the return was hassle-free. We are super happy with the furniture and highly recommend!!!

What a pleasurable experience it was to shop at EQ3 yesterday. My husband and I were Shopping for an office chair to replace our run-down one.
We had the unexpected but most kind and expert welcome and service from Jason. He took the time to show us how each chair worked. He answered all our questions and informed us how to find a good fit. If he did not know the answer, he made the effort to find the answer for us. No pressure selling either, he gave us space to talk it out privately. Thank you so much Jason. We can’t wait for the chair to arrive.
