Big time waster

Unable to cut a key for a Chevy, despite being provided with written and clear instructions. We were blamed for not reminding the clerk how to do the job. Had to wait days for key blanks due to lack of stock. Lots of excuses given only to result with a miscut key that didn't work. Epic fail.
