HORRIBLE SERVICE! I brought in a door lock and asked the guy if I could change the inner part to fit another key that I have, he said he had to take a look at the lock first. While I was still asking him about the price and thinking if I really want to change the part, he just kept dissembling my lock. When I decided I didn't want to change it because of the price, he had already finished dissembling my lock and told me that he would have to charge me to get it assembled back. I was shocked as I was NOT told that there would be a fee to assemble my lock back which HE DISSEMBLED ON HIS OWN. He only said he needed to take a look to decide if it would be possible to do what I wanted. This is no different from stealing. Good that I didn't really need the lock, so I left with my dissembled lock in a bag. The guy had no smile or any customer service. 10/10 WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

The guy who answers the phone knows nothing about customer service. He was rude and very condescending. He just wants to blame customers for his lack of manners and professionalism. He is driving customers away. This business will fail if he is not replaced. Mark my word. I am taking my business elsewhere. I suggest that you do too.

We locked our desk keys in our desk today and needed a fast solution. I spoke to Ralph who asked for the lock numbers and said to come to the office and pick up the key that would fit. The process took 20 mins including me driving there and back (saved $70 for picking up) and the key worked and we are back in business!!!

Thanks Ralph and Eric you guys are lifesavers!!!!!

Highly recommended for all kinds of services, residential and commercial safe locks, key cabinets, key blanks, cash boxes and more. I would like to thank the staff for the fast and reliable service.
