Their service is top notch. Seldom do locksmiths in my experience offer the level of care and detail that Justin and his crew bring. They have always come through for me when I needed them and will be the first to tell you if they cannot do the job. More importantly, if an error is made, Justin will see to it that it gets corrected.

These guys know their business. We had the wrong lock on our door at home and didn't know it. It has been a problem for almost 10 years. I went in to get some keys made and asked them about locks. They sold me the right lock and came out to install it the next day. I spoke to 3 different people at this business and they were all friendly, helpful and professional. We are very happy with our new lock and highly recommend this business.

Amazing service and great people. I had gotten them quite a few years ago and was happy but lost their number along the way. After calling a few locksmiths around me and getting not so good service on the phone I called these guys based on the name "Better" Lock Group. I was lucky to find out they are the guys I had gotten years back. Name says it all!!!! These guys work with you and advise you on what is best and deliver the job fast and effective. Thanks Kevin and crew!!!

Once, I need to make a mail box key and went to several key cutting places. No body could make it. But I got it done at this place. And another time, I was looking for a locksmith to open mail box lock. And they came and able to open quickly. I highly recommend their products and service. Very skillful locksmith here.

Terrible service, made an appointment yesterday, nobody showed up or called, I had to call to find out that they had an emergency but didn't even bother to call me and let me know.
