I have been living in Vancouver for 2.5 years now and I have tried multiple eyelash salons and none have compared to Prep! Kei was my eyelash technician and she was absolutely lovely and she did a fantastic job! I will definitely be calling this place home for my new lashes :)

I hired Mika and the team at Prep to do the hair & makeup for our wedding. Myself, the bridesmaids, and the mothers were all so happy with how everything turned out. Everyone looked great, and felt great too! The girls at Prep are so easy to work with, accommodating, and talented. Mika and her team were a joy to work with, and I'm so glad that we chose them to help us celebrate our perfect day!
(I've also gone to Prep for eyelash extensions and to get my nails done, and those services are also spectacular!)

I get my eyelashes done at Prep Beauty Parlour. I regularly go to Chrissy who is fantastic, and recently booked a last minute appointment and had Gillian who also did a wonderful job. I am sure they are all great at what they do. Really comfortable and clean salon. I would highly recommend it.

I went to Prep on Monday for eyelash extensions and my technician Shannon did an excellent job! just love the lashes - they look so natural, which is exactly what i wanted (and wasnt able to achieve at another salon). The whole experience was v comfortable - when I had them done at another place, my eyes felt a little irritated during the process, but I didn't feel anything at Prep (nor have i felt anything afterwards). I ended up just having a nice sleep during the application, it was so relaxing! I can't recommend this salon enough!

I got the full classic lashes at this place and it was the worst experience ever!!!
They cut my own lashes! the extended lasted one month which was nice but after they all fell I noticed my lashes were way shorter than usual!
I wish I had taken before / after photos! just to show them and ask what did they do to my own eyelashes?!
Don't recommend this place at all.

My first time at Prep was not the best experience. It was my first time coming here to get a gel mani. The lady who did it for me wasn't the most friendly and she also did not do a good job of my nails. When I asked her to fix a spot that she had missed, she went over it with one coat which obviously was not a good job and left a ridge on my nail. It was a terrible job and I had friends that pointed it out as well. The owner reached out to me to ask me how I liked my nails and I told her the truth without expecting anything. She offered to get it redone with someone else named Sirkka. Sirkka was the BEST! She was so friendly and really took the time to make sure I was happy with my nails every step of the way. She made me the laugh the entire experience and definitely made up for the terrible experience I first had here at Prep. She made my nails look so glam and I was so happy with them! I will definitely be returning to get my nails done by Sirkka in the future!

This beauty studio is the only place I trust to go to do my nails and lashes. All of the technicians are professional, kind, and well trained. The atmosphere when you first walk in is so friendly, warm, and non-judgmental. I haven't had the need to use the makeup sessions but I've seen before and after photos posted on their Facebook and instagram pages and everyone looks fabulous! Good job!
